Ringke Slim Compatible with iPhone 7 Plus Case, iPhone 8 Plus Case Snug Fit Slender Thin Scratch Resistant Phone Cover - Royal Gold

So, I purchased this cover for my new iPhone 7 Plus. When I read through the product description, I thought it was going to be something different, not sure why. I have to say I just love this case. I have a Silver iPhone 7 Plus, so I ended up choosing the smokey grey one. I have to say, it's frosted, and lightly "smokey" enough that it looks like a perfect match for this phone. It really looks good I think. The cover, itself, feels pretty durable. There is a slight "lip" so that the front of your phone (read that as screen) stays off any surface you might lay it on. It really is super thin, but not flimsy. I like that aspect a lot. I hate adding tons of bulk to my phones (since they are big enough as it is) and this fits the bill perfectly. I've never owned a Ringke case before, so I think this is a really good experience. I have to say, for the price I paid for this, it is DEFINITELY worth it. It looks clean, it feels secure and it fits fantastically. I know there were some reviews above stating that there were some problems with the cutouts... I don't have that issue at all. They are all perfectly machined to look flush and lovely. If you are like me and don't need a case to survive a 50 foot drop, but need a case just to make sure your phone stays protected, I think this is a solid option. I'm going to check out some of Ringke's soft T.P.U. cases as well. If they are as well-made as this one is, that would be super encouraging. In my opinion, you simply can't go wrong with this case for the style, price or substance.

SF Black review: I ordered at least 15+ cases for my iPhone 7 Plus, and this case is leaps and bounds my favorite. It's grippy - I almost didn't order this case because it was plastic. However, it has a grippy facing which makes it an absolute pleasure to hold one handed. NO other case offered the right amount of grip and slim enough to design to make me fall in love with it, but this case did just that. It's grippy in your hand or even sitting on the bed. It is hard plastic so it has a tendency to move on other plastics or hard surfaces but all cases do that, that said it still sticks to my kitchen counters just as good as a Silicone or Leather case. This case has more grip than the other marketed "grippy" cases like the Apple Silicon or Leather (after its oiled), Speck Presudo Grip, Silk case, etc. This case beats them all hands down and is smaller and less expensive to boot. It's not overly grippy to the point where you will ever complain about pulling it in/out of your pocket, instead it will stay put while you workout. It's slim - it is a minamilist case. But not like some of the .35mm cases that don't have a big enough lip to actually protect the camera or front glass. This case has the perfect amount of lip to protect both, without protruding so much that it makes edge swipes difficult like other cases like Apples Leather/Silicone or Speck cases. This case is noticeably thinner than some of my favorite runner ups, like the Apple Silicon or Learher cases. In comparison to those cases, the extra 2-3mm it shaved off the width and depth was enough to make this case a winner.

Very light, nonbulky case. Has a great screen lip for screen down laying. Very easy to put on and take off. I like the frosted pink color of it. Biggest downfall is that the edges and corners become cracked and splintered after using for a week. The top and bottom flat edges are splintered from laying down on tables. The charging port cut out is also splintered as well!!! If this did not happen definitely 5 stars. I just don’t like how it looks like it is cracked or going to break at these spots!!!

Overall, I would rate this case a B-. Design-wise, I would give this case a grade of an A. Functionally, I would give this case a grade of a C. I purchased the rose gold case in prep for the iPhone 7+ I ordered (not yet arrived). I was able to slip my 6+ into it to just TEST it out and it was a nice, snug fit. There appears to be a bit of a "lip" overhang to the front to protect the phone when put down face forward. I really love the look of the case - very minimal in nature and it has a very elegant, metallic sheen to it. It was also fairly easy to take on and off. I do not love that there is zero grip to this case. It feels very slippery when you grip it on the sides or when you hold it against the back side. This may be a positive for some who want it to easily slide in and out of a pocket but I, personally, am worried it may slip out of my hands. It is, as I expected with hard cases, quite "noisy" to put down on a surface. Lastly, in the 2 minutes I tested it I noticed fingerprints / smudging already visibly showing on the back side. Overall, for the price, it's a decent case but I don't think this will end up being my "main case". (For the record, unlike other reviewers of this case, I purchased this case outright - I'm not a paid reviewer).

Love this case! It has a great grip and is thin and lightweight. The case has a raise which will be great for protecting the front and the cut outs are perfect and makes the buttons easy to access!

本商品とほぼ同じデザインの製品を先に買いましたが、手にグリップしなかったため使用しませんでした。 Nexus5XでRingkeを使っていたので7+用を買ったところ、やはりグリップ感が段違いでした。 このグリップ感は唯一無二だと思っています。 長いことBKが欠品していましたが最近になって復活したのでストック用に買い増ししました。

Scratches your phone putting on and taking it off! Nice color though. Not that durable though...only last a few months.

I have been using this product since over 3 weeks now. So I have thoroughly used this product to say that yes, it satisfied my needs. I needed a cover which can protect my phone from all corners and not make it bulky. The finishing is very smooth, not slippery just like the one I wanted. Plus the buttons and speaker cut outs are of the perfect size, not to big, not to small. Very comfortable to put on and take off. One of my biggest concerns was, the dust getting collected near the cut outs. I am pretty happy that with this case, there is no such issues. To sum up, I am pretty happy to purchase this. Highly recommended.
