sizing issues, quality control or poor craftsmanship?
Granted it is a very inexpensive item but the sleeve slips and slides around because it is not sized correctly to fit between the "castle nut" and adjustable stock, there is about a quarter inch gap untrimmed and the stock set to full length settings. if you cut along the predetermined marks for the other 2 length of pull settings you will also have about a quarter inch gap that allows the cover to slide and twist freely on the tube. As for the slot for the charging handle if you slide the cover all the way forward it gets hit when the you cycle the firearm, all the way back on the tube and it stops the bolt from going all the way forward into battery. It may be a quality control issue

Keltec Sub2000
The fit on my Keltec sub2000 was excellent. I have been to the range twice. I shot over 300 rounds and it works great.I hope Tactical will make a 1'' butt pad. After 100 rounds the plastic stock wants to dig into the collar bone area.Please help with another excellent product.Thank you!

Pretty good product
Pretty good product. It *IS* compatible with the Kel Tec Sub 2000 gen 2. May work with the Gen 1 also, but I can only personally verify the Gen 2 because that's what I have. It will take some modification of the little buttstock cover "tube" sleeve to fit on the Sub2k if you want to retain the ability to fold and lock the weapon in half. But that can easily be done by trimming some material off of the rubber sleeve. Measure it on your weapon and determine how much. Other than that I wouldn't say it's got a lot of flaws.

works as advertised
Why kel-tec doesn't build their rifles with these two devices installed I'll never know. The covers work as advertised: the bolt sleeve makes shooting more comfortable - no more cold bare metal on your cheek. I didn't notice any reduction in recoil impulse. The operating handle cover turns an uncomfortable part into an easy-to-stroke part.

this kit makes the rifle more comfortable to use
Works perfectly on my Kel-Tec Sub 2000. I use the stock full length, so I did not have to trim the length of the piece for the bolt tube. The charger ring fits well. Together, this kit makes the rifle more comfortable to use.

Sleeve is great, charging handle protector could be better
It works perfectly if you use the full extended length, no need to cut it or anything.It rotates a bit but nothing to be worried about.The charging handle protector could be a better material, it's not the same as the sleeveThe price is a bit high for what it is.

Great accessory for KelTec Sub 2000 Gen 2
Designed for KelTecSub 2000 Gen 2. Covers buffer tube, but leaves serial number visible. Other item makes charging post easier on finger when charging the gun. Nice set.
