EAS Myoplex Ketogenic, 14-2.29 oz Packets, Cinnamon Bun

These are great, as said the nutrients are perfect for keto and the shake actually satisfies you and keeps you full for awhile. Great for lunch when you're running late for work in the morning also. Thought it would taste bad, but it's surprisingly decent. Sort of like a poor man's cinnabon.

The only improvement I would request is better flavors. We chose cinnamon bun. It's fuel, but not a joy to drink.

Tastes much better than the strawberry banana. Would give a 5 except it it was delivered expired. Didn’t notice it until I already used one. Came dec 5 expired dec 1

I have tried both flavors and both smell like they should. but neither taste really good, however I do not find that they taste as bad as some reviewers have stated. Also many reviewers have said they are too sweet, I find neither one to be too sweet but I think the cinnamon bun flavor is the sweeter of the two. I found this product to be very filling and after one of these shakes I fell full for hours. In fact using this product caused me to fall short of my daily caloric intake on a couple days because I simply was not hungry enough to eat more calories.

I don't write reviews too often but I had to for this...this is delicious...this is more of a dessert than a meal and I can't believe it's Keto-friendly...it's creamy and sweet without having an overpowering artifical sweetener flavor. The strawberry-banana flavor is good too but this cinnamon bun flavor takes the cake (or the bun :P)...

I love EAS shakes... normally. But this is the worst tasting product i've ever tried. It almost tastes like your eating a spoon full of salt as soon as it touches your tongue. Then it starts to almost taste spicy like you're eating a spoon full of cinnamon. I feel like they made and sold this without tasting it! I WAS HONESTLY SHOCKED TO SEE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ON IT. Like I can not stress to you enough how bad the flavor is.. The shake is watery and clumpy.. which I could deal with if it tasted okay.. but I must say, the customer service through EAS is awesome! I called and told them I couldn't bring myself to drink it, and they immediately took note of all of my complaints about it and sent me a refund check for what I paid. I am willing to try another flavor and hopefully its good.. I really hope they come out with something that tastes better!

Overall I find the cinnamon bun flavor to be quite good. The only thing I don't care for is the slightly sour bite that it has. Otherwise is a thick filling shake that is exactly what I was looking for on Keto.Tip: Best over ice or in blender with ice.Reason for 3 stars is the high price and the strawberry is slightly funky.

Delicious - best using a blender, but once it is mixed really good. Tried it shaken as well, and harder to get really smooth. if you drink it slowly the cream will settle to the top so I just have a spoon to give it a quick mix. Perfect ketogenic meal thogh.
