I bought these for canning. So far they’ve worked fairly well. Out of the 50 or so I’ve used 1 of them has not sealed. I would buy them again.

I canned 28 quart jars of tomato sauce and only 1 lid failed. I have been canning all my food for 15 years and I feel that some reviews of canning lids don't take into account simple mistakes that some people make. With good jars and good canning temperatures these lids work very well.

Every lid I used this year canning, and I did a lot, have sealed without issue!!!!

I bought these canning lids with high hopes, but I’m extremely disappointed with their quality. At least half of the lids I used either bent or wrinkled during the canning process. They don’t seem sturdy enough to withstand the heat and pressure, which is a critical part of safe canning.I’ve never had this issue with other brands before, and it made me question whether they would even seal properly. It’s frustrating to go through the time and effort of canning only to have lids fail due to poor construction.I would not recommend these for anyone who is serious about canning. There are far better options out there that are more reliable and durable.
