M3 Victory Revolver Premium Brown Drum Dyed Leather Tanker Shoulder Holster with Shell Loops Fits 38 Cal Smith & Wesson K Frame

Holster is of good quality, it's not the fit of a well known competitor, but it doesn't carry the price of one. I purchased it for a S&W 67 K-Frame 4 inch to beat around the woods with. I had to cut a notch for the rear sight to get past, then wet the holster down with warm water, wrapped my 67 in a zip-lock bag and forced it into the holster let it dry for 5 days, turned out fantastic. The whole process minus the 5 day dry time took me 40 minutes. The competitors Tanker style holster is $100 more and doesn't have the cartridge loops. So, a little time and patience it will fit a S&W 4 inch K-Frame. It arrived in 5 days.. Wish they sold them for an N-Frame...

This is a well made holster. Fits my S&W model 10 perfectly. It’s very comfortable to wear. No poking in the flesh anywhere. It just lays on your body like a good holster should. Thumbs up to this company

Some reviewer said that water soaking the holster would help to stretch the leather. Did not work in my case. But, made well and looks good. Just not useful for Ruger GP100 4 inch.

The holster is constructed of what seems to be 5/16s thick leather all the way around. the seams are both single stiched and glued. The snap that loops around the belt was a rather loose connection that I had to play with and still may have to. I purchased this holster to carry a Ruger SP101 which is not particulary the revolver that it was ment to carry. I also expected to have to play with it a bit to get my gun to fit. My SP101 is in .327 Federal Magnum and was very very tight inside this holster I had to stretch the leather a bit using a long handled weed fork (similar to a spade handle) and some mink oil. This is how I found out the seems were also glued along with the stiching. In streatching the leather I did also stress the stiching but not to the breaking piont. The revolver now fits very nicely in the holster.The 32 caliber shells fit snug enough in all but one of the shell loops which is a bit loose.I purchased this holster knowing that I was going to try and put a revolver in it that is was not ment to carry. Now that I have worked the revolver around the holster I am quite happy with it for what I paid.

Did get my Ruger SP101 4.2" to fit with some persuasion. Soaking in warm water works best for stretching the leather. The FO front sight was the hang-up. Had to create a pretty deep grove inside by working it in and out. You can see how it still pushes up tight at the top but can be easily pulled out by holding the barrel part of the holster with the left hand. Retention strap fits perfect.The shoulder strap is at least a Large size and I had to tighten it down all the way. Instead of cutting the extra leather off I punched a hole and added a Concho and still gives it 3 notches of adjustment. Really like the bullet loops. Took it out once and was definitely satisfied. You can find leather shoulder pads that would slide through the strap if it starts to dig on your shoulder.

Had mold on it. It was damp. It did clean off.Had to hang it outside until the smell dissipated.Seems to be well constructed.
