I have sleep apnea. So I ordered this pillow to provide neck support while sleeping, thus helping to keep my airway open. I sleep with the larger contour under my neck so as to keep my head from wanting to slide down the front edge of the pillow...if that makes sense. So far, so good. I've only slept on it a couple of nights at this point, but I think I'm going to stick with it as it seems pretty comfortable.

This pillow is extremely comfortable to sleep on. It forms around your neck and head when you lay on it. Although it is extremely comfortable, it didn’t help reduce my neck pain that was already present. I slept with it for a number of nights trying to reduce neck pain and saw no change. I didn't notice an increase in pain though. This could be a great pillow for somebody who isn’t looking to rid already existing neck pain. I would recommend trying this pillow to see if it meets your comfort needs.

Very comfortable pillow! It's soft enough on my neck and head, but also provides great cervical spine support! I can comfortably sleep on my back as well as my side. I don't experience "hot pillow" with this one, either! It's great you can remove the center slice too! I definitely recommend!!

I love this pillow!This is a surprised pillow.I've tried a couple of memory foam pillows.they all have the same problems for me.too soft no support for my head and neck.I wasn’t sure about it at first when I found this one,been using it for a week now it turned out to be extremely comfortable.This memory foam material pillow has excellent support and slow rebound characteristic, let me fall asleep faster, and it relieved my neck pain.which is exactly what I am looking for. worth the price!
