This will not read/write 64Gb Micro Sd card. I am using a quality SanDisk brand. It does read/write 32Gb micro SD. It does read/write a SanDisk 256Gb thumb drive. I have tired multiple Sd cards and all cards I've attempted to use do work in other devices. I have not tried an externally powered USB hard drive.Since it does work with the flash drive, and up to a 32Gb Sd card, I give it two stars. However, the product description should state this limitation.

Okay so first of all, I have to say that I was pretty excited to find this product. I'd been looking for a usb port to connect to my tablet so I could transfer photos from a usb to my Samsung Galaxy tablet. I'd also been looking for something that could connect an SD CARD to my tablet. Then I stumbled upon this and it made my day! I read the reviews decided I'd try this store out. After ordering, I got the email saying I would receive it the next Friday. Well, I ordered it midday Saturday, the 27th and received it Monday, the 29th! That's amazing! Now granted, Kentucky( where this was sent from) is only like 10 hours away from where I live, but that's still pretty damn fast! When I received it, I was excited to try it out and it works!! I didn't get this for hunting or anything, just to transfer photos to my tablet. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and even more pleased with the speedy delivery! I would definitely highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase this item or anything else from this store!

Super easy to use! Plug it into your phone (on my phone I have to look/click for/on the message that shows that I plugged on hardware) and start selecting photo's. I can actually upload pictures instantly onto my instagram account.Saves time and this little gadget saved me a lot of money. I almost was gpong to replace my older camera that actually still works fine/excellent for a new one just to have the wi-fi feature.I will buy another one of these just to always have one.Thank you for fast shipment. I had this within 24 hrs.Fyi: I have memory cards from my Canon EOS and use this with my Android LG stylo3 phone

Received my Generic game camera SD card viewer on the date it was scheduled to arrive. If you have a game camera and don't want the hassle of taking your SD card back to the tent or packing a laptop out to view the card in the field this is the unit for you. I downloaded the FileManager App onto my Galaxy S7, plugged the SD card from my game cam into the reader and the reader into my phone and i got to view the pictures of a 4 point and spike buck right there in the woods 2 miles from camp. Needless to say i am very pleased. No instructions come with the unit but by reading others reviews it wasn't hard to figure out how to use it. I also like being able to transfer the pics from the card to my phone as well. Price is right and it does what it's advertised to do, can't ask for anything more than that.

Purchased this at end of November 2019 for husband to use to view pictures from his Trail Cam. Was very pleased with it, he was able to use on either his phone or tablet. 1 month later it stopped working, I'd didnt register the connection at all. Wiggled it, which we shouldn't have to do....sometimes it would pop up but mostly now it doesn't. It has always been inside carefully packed away so it wouldn't get damaged. Others have had success, we didn't!

I must be lucky!! Pair this with a good file manager program and a video player and it works great!! Much better then the laptop I used to use and much smaller!! The reviews I read were hit and miss so I was cautious before using in the field. It worked great from the first SD card to the last.It will cause a drop in your battery on your phone but that is through use, no fault of the reader!! Every hunter should have one!

I've wanted a product exactly like this for so long and stumbled across it searching the internet. I don't hunt but use this to connect a USB flash drive to my HTC One M8 android phone. It means everything on my laptop is now available to me anytime (with no data service or WI-Fi needed). Plus my info is much more secure than using some "cloud server"The small size is great, and I could even load from my cameras SD card. I did not have to load an app or anything to use this. Great product!!!!

I bought this to download photos from my dash cam and digital cameras but found I could connect it to thumb drive, or any USB devise, and have access to all kinds of files and photos!I had tried another OTG adapter, shaped like a thumb drive. Because of my phones case, it was hard to get it seated into the phone's USB port and it would sometimes disconnect during transfer, eventually the micro card slot failed altogether.This one has a little USB cord that fits easily into the phones port and has given me no issues.

Wow - that is about all that I can say. An excellent value for a really useful tool. My son has a similar item for his iPhone and I wanted something like that for my Android phone. This unit is simple, lightweight and so easy to use. By having ports for all three data storage types it is perfect. It makes things so much simpler.

I could not get this adapter to connect properly. I tried it on 4 different Samsung phones that were compatible. I believe this one was just defective. The odd time it did connect, it was simple and easy to use. I have returned it for money back.

not compatible with new samsung phone but works with my older samsung as samsung has changed the charging port

Very handy unit to view pictures from game cam without hauling a computer around. Not sure why I can't view the videos on my phone, may not be the fault of this unit, don't know. Pictures are viewed easily though

The product does not work. Plugged it in and nothing happens. No instructions included in packaging.
