No shine but sturdy
The reason I give it 4 stars is because there is only so much you can expect from a toy scepter.It is not flimsy. The bejeweled part is painted rubber. I tried to yank it off the pole, and it stayed on. I didn't expect to be be this solidly constructed. Perhaps I can use it to LARP with? Seems safe to bop someone with it and it won't disintegrate.The reason it is not 5 stars is because it has no luster. That shine it seems to have in the stock photo is absent in the actual product. It's a flat light gray instead of a silver color.

Perfect for the photo booth!
Bought this to compliment the crown for our photo booth. It was an instant hit! Plus, it's one piece. The jewels are painted on. So no worry about parts falling off. And just the right size for the photo booth too! Gonna get a lot of miles out of this scepter. Thank you!

Great for the purpose
A decent plastic. There is no metal to it and the plastic used it sturdy. It was a lot of fun.
