Was not happy at first because box arrived torn and some of the nut caps and bolt covers were missing. Was still able to put chairs together then contacted company and they sent me both covers . Love the chairs - very comfortable! Would buy again

Just purchased and assembled the product, nicely packed and arrived in two shipments a week apart - from different shipping locations but within the original projected time. Seems that it will be a nice addition to our patio. Seems to be sturdy and comfortable enough for our intended use as a bistro type dining - purchased an umbrella and stand elsewhere but looking forward to being able to use it.Assembly was OK. Pieces were marked, hardware came separated by size and type - so suggest separating everything prior to starting as the bolts are close in size (as 3 sizes of bolts used are less than 1/4" difference in length). Frame pieces were marked well and actually pretty intuitive where they fit. No problems experienced with alignments and/or items being cross threaded - just take your time and while I assembled it by myself, there are a couple instances where a second individual could have been a help. Tools were included but suggest using a 10 mm socket wrench to make it a bit easier (than using the enclosed open ended wrench)My biggest complaint is the printed directions were basically GARBAGE. Small piece of paper, no words on the instruction list - only poorly done illustrations with "letter callouts", small in size so for little things like determining direction the bolts and nuts went, as well as placement of washers and 'finishing caps' could be problematic and was frustrating. Since there were no words, suggestions for the installation process were non existent. The assembly for the table was broken down into 3 'broad' steps so take your time. All told probably 2-1/2 hours spent sorting out, understanding the installation steps and pieces and putting it together. All said, it fit together pretty well and frustration level in dealing with the directions on a scale of 1 to 10, probably came out to a '5' forme. I don't usually write a review like this but felt that the product appears to be well made, fits together well and a good value - but a hurried installation could have disastrous results. So be prepared to take a little time and I think you'll be pleased [no thanks to the instruction sheet however :) ].

The table and chairs were a nice addition to our outdoor patio. They were shipped to the house in two separate boxes arriving days apart which caused concern but it all worked out. It did take several hours to assemble.

The item arrived over several days. The table first, then two days later a chair, and the next day the other chair. The chairs arrived with boxes torn and missing parts (screws and washers). Contacted Amazon and the Vicllax to report problem. Amazon noted issue and also contacted Vicllax. The manufacturer reported that product was made in CHINA and that it would take weeks if not months to get the parts missing. Vicllax contacted me by email and requested I go purchase the screws and washers and send them the bill for reimbursement. I sent them the bill for approximately $6 but have not received reimbursement. Its been several months. I put the chairs and table together. It is pretty comfortable. But the fact that I had to go through all the red tape and delay to set it up for incomplete parts, it takes away from the experience of ownership and the negative experience of purchasing. Don't recommend.

I am leaving 2 stars and will change it if vendor resolves the issue. First, the good - the set is very comfortable. Second, the rust!!! I was told that the set should not get wet or wiped down if it does. Nearly impossible to do every time and we take care of our stuff. After 3 weeks, rust ruined my deck and the set does not look great. Third, the holes and screws do not fit properly and are coming apart on 3 of my chairs. I ordered two complete sets. I am not happy about it. Looking to buy covers now. Hopefully they can resolve but this has been going on a few weeks hoping for a resolution. I hardly ever leave a review but felt like I needed to.*** UPDATE ***Purchased over 5 months ago. Bought 2 sets and still no replacement parts and no refund. I have purchased a cover to minimize the rust. I do not recommend this company at all. What a waste of money and time with the bank and forth with them. Send pictures to back up my claims. Still nothing.

I have been searching for a set and found this. I was worried because of the price but I am thrilled with the set. It’s functional and works great. Table is small but we use it by our pool and typically don’t eat at it so it’s perfect for us. Chairs have blown over in storm but are overall great.

Putting it together was touch and go, but then the configuration shortly became clear. One problem upon receipt of the chairs was that screws were loose from the packaging and throughout the boxes in which the chairs were shipped. Once put together, the entire set is very comfortable, the right height, and looks good on the patio. Thank you.
