Grinder bit removes glass quickly.

I used this grinder bit for only a short time and the abrasive aggregate started to wear off. Once a spot develops like seen in the photo, this spot grows very rapidly, and I was worried about flying debris. I bought a set of these bits, and the same thing happened to both of them. I would not recommend this product. I have purchased other grinder bits that lasted many months compared to this product, and when they started to become ineffective, the aggregate would just start to become "smoother", but at least the aggregate did not just come off of the main cylinder like these did.

Fine, although I wish they could have come in two different grits. If you work in stained glass, you need them. Otherwise, not.

Diamonds bits were perfect size , fit the machine, no problem. This is normal size normal grit size. Not for mirror work.

Not happy with these. They fit my GlasstarII however they vibrate no matter how much I tighten. There is a lot of chipping. They are ok if you have a lot of glass to bring but not good for fine, precise grinding.Update: I think one was defective, I tried the second one and it works beautifully. Unfortunately my order is too old to be returned.

These are NOT the bits i recv’d! They are silver & 60:100 which will bring your fingers off!
