Took me a long time to make the decision but boy am I pleased I made that decision no more bottled water for me at home.Really great model, was easy to install and the filters are cheap enough which is a bonus. I had to reach out to the customer support to clarify some details in the manual, they were fast to reply and very helpful.All in all it’s a great product and a happy customerUpdate Had this for sometime now and it’s working great. Still really pleased with the water it produces and no more worries about running out of bottled water. Just do it the planet will love a little more. 🤣

The media could not be loaded. We have previously had an under sink RO filter for a fish tank that we added a Y Junction for a remineralisation filter to go to a drinking water tap. From time to time this leaked due to connections being pulled. For our new kitchen we decided to opt for an encased tankless filter. This waterdrop filter is perfect for the job. There is clearly less risk of leaks now. High quality water is provided.I had to buy a separate post filtration remineralisation filter which improves taste and gives appropriate beneficial minerals.The flow is slow when compared to a pressurised tank, but then again it doesn't stop. If you want a faster flow spend more money. I am happy that the flow rate is not painfully slow. The discard rate is significantly lower than our previous filter.I'm not sure what happens when the filter tells us it is time for filter changes - I hope it doesn't just stop working.It was very shocking to see how many plastic bottles of water we purchased during our kitchen refit and between RO filters. A water filter is a must.We also bought a 3 way tap to avoid fitting a small second tap.Overall I am happy with the purchase so far...

Removes chlorine and fluoride from tap water and filters out other nasties too. Dirt, heavy metals, minerals and organic residues - all goneNot too difficult to install if you have some basic plumbing skills.Takes up much less space under your sink than a tank model - see the picture.If you look carefully, you'll see I added an extra component - a Geekpure 10 Inch Inline Alkaline Water Filter Kit. This puts back the healthy minerals such as calcium and gives the water an excellent taste.

It works very well and the water quality increased enormously. However, if you would like it to work properly, it is better to get a plumber to install it. It is really not a DIY job.

Doesn’t remove nitrates so if you’re buying this for tank water changes save your money. Mine will be ripped out and sent back for a refund. Unfortunately it’s too late for most of my corals and fish.

Machine was purchased to replace a failed system by another supplier .. simply disconnected the old one and replaced in moments with this super sleek looking machineWhat an improvement in water taste …brilliant and neat installation as there is no separate storage tank

Wat een mooi compact apparaat. Het aansluiten was erg makkelijk en hij is erg stil in het gebruik.Het is wel verstandig om elke keer als je water tapt, de kraan eerst een minuut te laten stromen, pas dan is het water wat uit de kraan komt goed gezuiverd.

Simple à installé,trés peu d'encombrement ,et surtout facilité d'utilisation et d'entretien(changement des deux filtres )ni bombonne ,ni tuyeau dans tous les sens !!

After installing, error with blinking purple lights and pulsating water prevents from completing setup and using the system. Help!
