It’s great does the job

Bought this phone as current one - also Doro - is only 3G and wanted an upgrade to 4G. Its not 4G, so a wasted purchase. Will stick with my original Doro - which will soon only be 2G

This phone was purchased to replace an old Doro which I lost, I read somewhere that it was designed with the elderly in mind [ presumably because they have more time to play with it]. One good thing about it, you can use it to make calls

Bought this for my 90 year old mother because it was sold as a phone suitable for older people and it had WhatsApp which she wanted. Worst buy ever. It is very small and the navigation around the phone is extremely difficult. You have to move a cursor around the screen and it is so small that my mother can hardly see it. We spend more time doing things for her in the phone and she hardly ever uses it. I would have sent it back but she thinks that would be a bother so she does not want to return it. This phone is definitely not suitable for older people. My mother has an IPad and has been using mobile phones for years so it is not her that is the problem.
