Botl Botlfilter Portable Water Filter System

I was hoping to find a way to convert tap water into something that was not so strongly flavored and scented with chemicals without using an expensive filter or having to buy bottled water when I travel. This filter promises a lot drop it in a shake and the chemicals are gone. In reality it takes about 8 hours to clean 1-liter so its not a good alternative unless you don't' drink much water. It does work just very very slowly. Note I am using this for clean tap water I would not use it for untreated water.

I bought this for my sons' water bottles at school so that they could fill up from the tap. However, after I got it home I found out the filters only last a few days, so the hassle of changing this out all the time is a deal breaker. Also, it's difficult to change out the "tea bag" that contains the filter material.

I use this in both my water bottle and in a jug i keep in the fridge. It makes a huge difference and not only eliminates the chlorine taste but also some of the mineral tastes as well.Even though it says each filter is good for 12 litres I have used it for at least double that...so it lasts a long time for me.
