When I burnt the substance, it is giving out bad smell. No trace of loban smell. I have used OMVED dhoop which provides heavenly smell. So I know what loban should smell like. This is not loban by any definition. You have no option to return the item. My Rs500/- is total waste. Best avoided.Update after 4 days: I could get full refund for this product, when I raised a concern with Amazon Contact Us chat. I really appreciate Amazon committement to the custome.

Product is good, i have taken it for my baby girl, as it gives good fragrance to the hair when used appropriately after bathing....so i am fully satisfied satbir the product...

Value for money

I bought this based on my earlier experience. However, the quality of the latest purchase is very bad. The scent is too low and there is hardly any longevity. Sadly, we can assess the quality only after we use. Now I am struck with the product which doesn't serve the purpose. Hence it is a waste of money.

Fragrance is pleasant . Loban seems of good quality. Though I expected it to be a single big brick form, but it is cut into small slabs. Overall it seems to be an authentic product.

They showing the materials in pick as Block but they supply as powder not a pure quality.

It’s a purely 100% fake. Never ever buy it. It looks like a mud or stone powder and the scent is so bad like we are burning mud. First of all it doesn’t burn and whatever burns the smell is very bad
