I have not received anything for this review and I was not contacted by this company to leave a review. I am a retired health care worker who needed a bp machine that will effortlessly transfer the test results to my cellphone. Accuracy and an easy cuff for one person to put on were my other two requirements. A different, very popular brand I will not name here, failed miserably at the Bluetooth connection almost every time, and then the air hose got a leak giving me the perfect excuse to replace it.This machine is giving me the same results as my last machine, but I have not taken this one to my MD office yet to compare results. The machine is very easy to use. I like that the base is upright and not flat on a table making it very easy to read and operate. The cuff is simple, and even though I have a spouse, I want to be able to do the BP without assistance. It was very easy.But the best part is the Bluetooth connection. Like all similar devices, you have to download a free app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. I will be talking about the Android App but I would assume the Apple App is just as good or better. The app seems busy at first because the company has lots of home devices (Think Google Home) and the BP machine is just one of those devices. The app let me go into the settings and close the "cards" that did not apply to me, and then the app looked clean. So once installed and paired to your cellphone Bluetooth, you can open the app up before you take your bp, and if you have the cuff on, you can actually hit a button on the app to start the blood pressure. But whether you start the bp with the app or push the button on the device, the results are instantly on the app. No pairing each time. No lost BP readings. It's just there, and you can see all of your readings, send them to your provider, and keep track of the results for yourself. I highly recommend this device if you want to send the bp test results to your cellphone for any reason.

I bought this to replace my old unit. It is light battery-powered, making it portable and easy to take anywhere. It does come with a power plug to use in home locations.Overall I am satisfied with its performance and happy it logs every to my phone via Bluetooth.This makes visiting the doctor and showing them the collected data help me make better health decisions.

I love this BP monitor! Due to the ease of use and direct feed into the app, I am checking my bp more frequently. It's a hassle free way to track your bp.

It is very simple to use to check my blood pressure. Connects well to the app via Bluetooth to store the readings to share with health provider. Price was right

Are use this twice a day very easy to put on my arm and operate. What more can I say easier than the one for the wrist, which is not quite as accurate

About a month ago the motor started making a noise like it was struggling. So I went through Amazon and contacted the Etekcity support via email. I never received a response. Today the blood pressure monitor finally died. The motor will run and run and run. Initially I did get a follow-up from Amazon "Hey we noticed you contacted support. Is everything ok?". That was nice, but there was no additional follow-up.I contacted Etekcity support today and we will see.As for the blood pressure monitor itself I would say it is ok. It is more sensitive than other. I like the consolidation of results in the software. I got the scale too.The jury is out on this brand. Omron has similar products.2/12/2024 - UpdateI called Amazon support. The Amazon representative was very courteous, but unable to help. She stated that there is no warranty for this product. I attached the warranty from Etekcity found in their document (available via the Amazon site). I did not expect much from Amazon. My concern is really with Etekcity not responding to multiple support request. From Amazon I simply expected to understand the next steps. To that end I will have to buy a replacement. It will not be an Etekcity product.
