These are a great omnidirecitonal option for 100W incandescent replacements. Since they're all platic, the light really is 100% fully 360-degree! The color is a bit yellow/green, so it can take some getting used to. But honestly, it's a very close replica of soft white light.

Light is very yellow. More yellow than a typical incandescent. Not thrilled with the color, but it works fine.

Working well. The right amount of brightness I was looking for.

I am reviewing a 75-100 Watt equivalent Omni-directional Soft White Lightbulb sold by ALDDN. I received this light bulb as a deeply discounted sample in exchange for my honest opinion. I give it five stars for because it gives off a nice bright white light in the overhead light in my kitchen fixture. My ratings are not influenced by price. All comments are my own, valid and I stand by them.My husband and I are slowly replacing standard bulbs in our home with LED bulbs. This was perfect to have on hand when the kitchen light went out. Per the product page, this bulb is rated for 40,000 hours of light (That's about 4 ½ years of light at continuous on) and only $1.28 per year energy consumption. That's awesome in my book. I think this bulb is just great and will probably get more from this vendor for other locations around my home as lights burn out. I also like that the bulbs come with a 100% guarantee, so if you do get a dud you can get it replaced at no cost.So there is not much more to say. This bulb works as it should, it fit easily into the light fixture and gives off clean white light which is often very important when working in the kitchen. Thumbs up from this avid shopper.So bottom line, I give this light bulb a high recommendation. It fits into any standard light socket and will replace the yellowish glow of standard incandescent bulbs with a clear white light. LED bulbs cost a little more at the outset, but savings are considerable over time as they consume far less energy than old fashioned bulbs.
