Make sure you have two separate bands for your wifi. We originally had the 2.4 and 5 merged and were unable to use the system until someone came out to adjust the settings on our router. Its on the noisier side but it picks up all my kids cheerios so that's pretty great.

I have been looking for a robotic vacuum for over a year. During this time I read a lot of customer reviews and compared prices looking for one that would do the job and not break the bank. Tikom G7000 caught my attention a couple of months ago. I was impressed with the high customer rating, suction power, and the ability to add on a mopping attachment in the future. It also included Boundry Strips. Another feature that drew me to this vacuum was that it said it was good for use in homes with pet hair. I don't have a pet, but I do have shoulder length hair and due to a medical condition, I shed a lot of hair.I received my vacuum a week ago and got to work immediately unboxing and setting it up. Besides the vacuum, charging station, and power cord, there was a remote controller with batteries, and extra set of side brushes, a spare HEPA filter, boundary strips, double sided adhesive tape, a cleaning brush, 5 cable ties, a quick start guide and user manual. The user manual was easy to understand. In no time my vacuum was assembled (you have to attach a set of side brushes to the underside of the vacuum), the charging station was plugged in and the my vaccum was charging. You need to charge the vacuum for 6 hours for a full charge. My next step was to walk around my apartment and identify where I needed to apply boundry strips, and tie up electrical cords, using the cable ties provided, and get them out of the way. Then I downloaded the TuyaSmart app using my mobile phone and scanning the QR code located on the vacuum. The code is also in the user manual. If you don't want to use the QR code to download and install the app, you can simply download from App Store/Google Play.Following the easy to understand instructions to connect my vacuum to my wifi. When I say, "easy to understand instructions" I mean just that. I am 64 and didn't require any assistance from my grandchildren. Once set-up was complete I explored the app control page which offered the ability to start and stop the vacuum manually, set up a cleaning schedule, select 4 different cleaning modes, and access the functional setting page where you can select one of 3 different suction powers, switch on or off the carpet booster, set the language, Robot speaker volume, view previous cleaning records, find your vacuum robot, should the little guy get lost, and other settings.You can also control your vacuum robot using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.I scheduled my vacuum to automatically run every Sunday, Wednesdy, and Friday at 8pm. I also set the suction power to the highest setting, and turned on Carpet Boost. At these settings, along with a full charge, my vacuum ran for 70mins before returning to the charge station to recharge. I live in a 600 sq ft apartment. 70 minutes was plenty enough time for the robot to make at least two passes. While the vacuum was running I was watching tv. I was pleasantly surprised that the noise from the vacuum did not drown out my TV. Also, had I been sleeping at the time, I don't believe the vacuum would have woken me up.This vacuum has a good size dust bin which was easy to remove and empty. The cleaning brush, with a hair cutter, is attached to the vacuum and easy to detach and use to sweep out the dust bin if needed, brush off the roller brush, and cut and remove any hair that was wound around the roller brush. As stated earlier, I was expecting a lot of hair and I was not disappointed. It took just a few minutes to remove the roller brush, clean it, and put the roller brush back on. I am very pleased with the size of the vacuum and it's ability to get under furniture and maneuver around and between furniture.Over all I am very happy with my purchase. I do realize, as with any robot vacuum, every few months I am going to have to take out my big, heavy, manual vacuum and give my house a once over, but in between my robot vacuum is keeping up.

I’ve purchased this vacuum 2x’s now and it won’t charge AGAIN now. First purchase was in fall 2021 and it stopped charging after a month so I sent it back.Second round we’ve had the vacuum now for 7 months and here I am again…frustrated that it’s again gone out on me and won’t charge. (May 2022)We use it almost daily. It’s helped a great deal between vacuuming the house and especially when you have animals. We have a golden who is shedding a lot right now so the timing is inconvenient, but overall I’m coming to the conclusion that if I would have spent the money on a Rumba this wouldn’t be happening. I know many people have had the Rumba for years, including my parents, and haven’t had this issue.Purchase at your own risk!

This is not meant to be a heavy duty vacuum, but if you're looking for something to help reduce hair and dirt during the week or while you're busy, then this is a great buy!Its a lot quieter than a normal vacuum, but its still a vacuum, so it does make noise. Also, it does connect to the Wi-Fi -- it took us a couple of tries before it did, but it will connect. The app is great for added control of the robot vacuum, and some of the features are really cool, so I highly suggest playing around with it. My favorite feature is that you can easily take apart the main brush and clean it -- the brush that's included also has a small blade on it that can cut any tangled hair/string (for pet owners, this is an amazing feature!).This robot vacuum is definitely quirky and will take some playing around with before you have it running the way you want, but its doing all of the things that I needed it for, so I'm very happy with it.

I am always surprised with how much this little machine picks up! I run it late at night while we’re all sleeping and after we’ve all left for the day, and it picks up so much dirt, dog hair, and dust. Highly recommend! And the app is great.

at the beginning, i was really impressed but how much it picked up! it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders! but it’s been a few months now and i can safely say it doesnt do as good of a job as i thought. we have a large hairy dog so i always sweep before i turn on the tikom to prevent too much build up on the brush. but it inevitably gets stuck within the first 10 minutes of it it being on, we turn it over, clean it, it gets stuck again. our brush has now broken, and we thought it might be okay since the brush was inconvenient anyway. but now, we’ve realized the suction power is actually not enough to use it without the brush. instead hair and dust gets just… stuck to the bottom of the tikom while it’s running. so nothing actually goes into the tank now. instead it just drags the hair and debris around the apartment with it. which is gross.another issue is that the tikom takes on tasks it cant handle. it’s more stubborn than my father. it insists on shoving itself beneath this one chair that is juuuust barely too low for it, and always gets stuck. similarly, it always insists on rolling over the base of another chair and gets completely stuck. so the tikom cant be left unsupervised in our house or it gets stuck and dies.also, it ‘maps’ your apartment. but the map never stays. so each time, your tikom will fumble around knocking into things and not know where it is or where it needs to go. it has no memory. sometimes, we call him 10 second Tom.the one good thing about the tikom is it always finds my lost socks. since it goes under the couch and bed to vacuum, it almost always comes out with a sock. sometimes it tries to eat the socks though, which is a problem. but i’ll assume this is a thing with most robo vacuums .all in all. i dont love it and i regret buying this over something else.

Leider kam der Artikel schon defekt bei mir an, selbst der Support konnte nicht helfen, also zurück gesandt. Vorgestern wurde ich nun vom Kundendienst Fa.Tikom per email angeschrieben, ob ich meine negative Rezension löschen könnte... ich könne den defekten Artikel behalten, der ja bereits zurück gesandt wurde von mir, dann wurde mir ein neues, kostenloses Gerät angeboten & 20 € Amazon - Gutschein 😏 oder per Paypal, sofern ich meine negative Rezension zurück nehme - dachte mir ok, dann machst es, kann ja Jedem mal passieren, dass ein Gerät nicht funktioniert, habe also gelöscht und Tikom mitgeteilt, dann der Clou - nun gäbe es nur noch Gutschein /Paypal das Ersatzgerät kann nun plötzlich nicht mehr gesandt werden - darauf ließ ich mich nicht ein, denn dann soll man auch lesen, dass das Gerät nichts taugt... so geht das also, dass man nur Positives liest und zum Kauf angeregt wird.

Der Saugroboter hat durchaus positive Seiten, er ist leise und die Steuerung per App funktioniert einwandfrei. Allerdings geht der Geräuschpegel zu Lasten der Saugleistung. Obwohl der Staubfangbehälter relativ klein ist, ist am Ende sehr wenig drin, was bei 3 Hunden und 2 Katzen schon sehr verdächtig ist. Der größte Minuspunkt ist aber das permanente festfahren. Anfangs fand ich es noch irgendwie witzig, dass der Robbie eine Suchfunktion hat und auf Knopfdruck "Ich bin hier" sagt. Wenn man allerdings ständig davon Gebrauch machen muss, hört der Spaß ganz schnell auf. Der Roboter verkeilt sich regelrecht in allem was er findet und es ist zum Teil ein Kraftakt ihn wieder zu befreien. Wohlbemerkt hatte keiner seiner Vorgänger ähnliche Probleme.Der Versuch die Stellen zu sperren, war bisher nicht erfolgreich, er sucht sich einfach die nächste, sodass spätestens 5 Minuten nach der letzten Rettungsaktion eine Nachricht auf den Handy erscheint, dass er wieder feststeckt.Ob er die Ladestation findet, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da mir in der Regel spätestens nach der vierten Rettungsaktion der Kragen platzt und ich ihn manuell zurück bringe.

Am Anfang war Ich skeptisch, wegen der günstige Preis. Aber sobald Ich den Staubsauger Roboter bekomme, Ich bin mir sicher der ein Toller Staubsauger ist.Ich habe von verschiedene Freunden und Kollegen sehr unterschiedliche Staubsauger Roboter erlebt, und wollte Ich einer kaufen. Nach dem Ich einige Zeit auf Amazon gestolpert, habe Ich dieser hier von Tikom gefunden, günstiger Preis Trotz mega leistung!Lieferung war blitz schnell, sogar ein Tag früher angekommen als geplant. die Verpackung sieht sehr hochwertig aus, so wie die maschine! der Roboter hat eine glänze oberflächer in Schwarz. mit viele Sensoren an der Seiten. Der Roboter sieht auch sehr dünn und schick aus!Eine große schnelle Anleitung ist dabei, bevor man in dem Anleitung Heft durch lesen musst, finde Ich super! zwei von die vier mitgelieferte Burste (Besen mäßig) musst man vorher unter die maschine montieren (kein werkzeug benötigt) , was sehr einfach ist.ein sehr einfache bedienter App musst man noch installieren, und mit dem Roboter verbinden, ist auch Kinderleicht.die Maschine geht danach voll automatisch staubsaugen, wir haben laminat, Parkett und Teppich (Saugkraft Stufe wird automatisch erhöhrt sobald den Roboter auf dem Teppich ist!!!), macht die maschine auch keinerlei Probleme, auch einige kleine Stufe von Zimmer Übergänge. Mit der größe von maschine, geht den Roboter auch ohne probleme unter den Sofa, und Betten bei uns, die Stelle wo wir selten gesäubert haben, hat die Maschine auch erwischt!Die Maschine zum entleren ist auch sehr leicht, man braucht auch hier gar keine Werkzeuge.Ich und meine Frau sind total beeindrukt von die maschine, der Boden ist viel sauberer als was wir von anderen Saug-Roboter erlebt haben. Ab und zu haben wir was kleines noch auf dem Boden gefunden, wir können dann mit dem App, Manuel den Roboter steuern, und genau an dem Punkt saugen.Wir haben nie erwartet dass die maschine mit diesem Kaufpreis, so eine Leistung leisten kann. Auf jedenfall werde Ich den Staubsauger weiterempfehlen.

The media could not be loaded.  Nach Erhalt gleich ausprobiert, und fast die Krise bekommen, da das Gerät ständig paar Zentimeter vor und zurück fuhr, nicht von der Stelle kam, auch manuell mit der App ging es nicht weiter und er fuhr innerhalb eines halben Quadratmeters immer nur hin und her...Es ist mein erster, habe mich damit noch nicht beschäftigt und nun gesehen, dass er Infrarot Fallsensoren hat. Diese sind ein großes Problem bei Teppichen wie meiner (siehe Foto), der Saugroboter schafft es nicht über die dunklen Stellen, die für das Gerät eine Grenze darstellen.Im Internet nach einer Lösung zu suchen, hilft auch nicht viel weiter, also habe ich mir selbst eine Lösung ausgedacht. Diese ist aber nur für Besitzer, die keine Treppe oder keinen Absatz haben, wo das Gerät herunterfallen kann!Ich habe mir eine Form aus dem Aluminium eines Teelichts geschnitten und diese mit Panzertape unter die Ausschnitte der Absturzsensoren geklebt. Nach außen hin frei gelassen, damit sich die Anstoßschiene des Geräts noch frei Eindrücken kann.Sollte sich dieses bewähren, werde ich solche Aluminiumteile, (vielleicht noch etwas Stärkeres, z.b. eine AA Batterie aufschneiden, und die Ummantelung dafür nehmen) mit Epoxidharz (zweikomponentenkleber) darunter kleben. Das Alu soll noch etwas flexibel bleiben, damit es sich biegt + man den Sensor auch mal reinigen kann.Die Sensoren darf man nicht abkleben, denn das sind immer zwei, aus einem wird das Licht gesendet, und mit dem anderen empfangen, und dazu muss von der reflektierten Fläche etwas Abstand zum Sensor bleiben, sonst kommt es nicht gar nicht erst aus dem Sende-Sensor heraus!Ich hoffe, ich kann jemanden damit Frust ersparen, der das gleiche Problem hat 🤔

Ich kann ernsthaft diese guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Leider habe ich mich von den guten Bewertungen blenden lassen. Vor ab, die Wohnung ist zu 75% sauber, wenn der Saugroboter unterwegs war.Jetzt kommen wir aber zum Großen ABER!Schon bei der zweiten Benutzung fing der Saugroboter an lauter zu werden. Allgemein ist er recht laut und nun hat die Lautstärke echt ein unangenehmes Level erreicht, dazu kommt das dieser anfängt zu brummen.Nun zum größten Minuspunkt…mitten in der Nacht geht der Saugroboter an und sagt Fehler 8: bitte Akku laden…man steht im Bett weil man sich so erschreckt und diese Ansage mehrere Male kommt, dazu kommt das dieser Saugroboter seit über 12 Stunden auf der Ladestationen steht und lädt. Absolut inakzeptabel, vor allem wenn man kleine Kinder hat die davon wach werden und man selber erst einmal den kleinen Herzinfarkt verarbeiten muss, weil das Teil auf einmal angeht und um eine Fehlerbehebung bittet. Leider bleibt er auch ständig stecken und Möbeln bzw fährt genau diese Stellen immer wieder an und immer wieder muss man den Roboter befreien.Ganz ehrlich wer einen kleinen Helfer im Haushalt sucht ist hier falsch !Preis / Leistung stimmt leider absolut nicht !
