Great info, simply laid out for an easy read
As an aspiring writer but busy mom I have been looking for ways to find the "me" time I need to help balance myself and squeeze in time to focus on my goals with little distraction. This book offered wonderful tips and some insightful facts that I wasn't aware of. I really liked the author's approach and flow. Not only was it free on kindle but it was also a straightforward and quick read so I highly recommend it and commend the author on his inspiring yet logical methods of getting more out of our days. I've never been a morning person but I am really looking forward to joining "The 5 AM Club"!

Decent recommendations, no research to back them up.
I wanted to like this book. The info is okay and mostly common sense but the assumptions made and claims made throughout have no examples of studies to back up any of it. Example--"Everyone usually sleeps six or eight hours..." Really? Not anyone I know.In large sections, it reads like a freshman composition and there are spelling and grammatical issues throughout.

pretty good
Pretty good read. Quick summary of getting up early and spending time alone. Ideal for those of us in the busy world.

Get more done when you're sleeping
On Chapter 2, it gave a lot of good pointers and tips that I really need to start doing. For example, setting up a todo list, getting an evening routine, sleeping at a reasonable time, and finishing up all my work in the evening. My mornings suck because I always need to clean, do work, or SOMETHING. And it stresses me out! Anyways, I do recommend this book, its a quick read but you get something out of it.

Interesting tips
It started off good then just repeated itself in every chapter. It bounced around as to what to do at 5 AM. it is written by someone that doesn't speak or write English very good. Now with that being said I was able to pick up some tips on getting myself more organized in the morning.

Disappointing
As one who has already embraced getting up at 5:00, I thought this would be a good read for further inspiration and encouragement. While I did find one nugget of inspiration in the whole book (take a few deep breaths after getting up to help your body get moving), on the whole I found the book shallow and less than well-written. With often-repeated phrases and a few conflicting concepts, the book didn't deliver what I expected. It was more of a collection of common sense concepts than a distinct plan to make mornings productive.

Good book, common sense
This book would be good for people who have NP clue, but I found a lot of it to be common sense. Still a nice easy read.

Waking Information
This book was an easy read and has some great information that will help you to get your day going at an early hour if you put these practices to use. There are a few spots in the book that has some grammar mistakes, but over all, this is a very interesting read...
