I have all tile walls in the bathroom, older home. Didn't want to drill holes in tile for hand towel holder & not enough room to hang a bar by the sink. So suction it is. I had a plastic one before this, but wanted metal.This is a brushed look metal so not shiny. I got the 6" which once I put it up realized it's too big a look for a hand towel & would probably be a better size for a regular size bath towel, but I'll use it. I would recommend a 4" one for hand towels.For under $20 bucks it's attractive and easy to install. Comes well packaged with easy to follow instructions. Also, has a lock and unlock feature on the base. Includes small piece of cloth to help you get the surface clean.I installed it too low for the large ring and had a devil of a time getting it unstuck from the mirror. It did come off once I used something to slip between the mirror and the base. No damage to the mirror and went up perfectly when I installed it.This would only work well on smooth, non-porous surfaces. Don't use it on tile.I highly recommend this holder and will probably get the 4" holder in the near future.

Less than 2 months old and it literally broke in half. We never pulled hard or were rough with it. Kinda of annoyed I can't get a replacement or a refund since it's past the time frame.Update.Like an idiot, I bought another one and it was broken right out of the box. Clearly poorly made.

It was very pretty. Complimented my bathroom very nicely but it didn’t last long. It was easy to install however, it only lasted about a month on the wall and it was on the floor. I could not get it to stay back on the wall no matter what I tried !

I only had this 3 days and the top part holding the towel ring just broke off. The suction held well. I only had a light had towel on it, so there was nothing heavy that would have made it break except it was just a cheaply made item.

Placed this just outside my shower the day I received it…simple effortless install. Bath towel and bath wrap have been hanging on it ever since! Not one mishap … no falling down and love the ability to move it if necessary.
