Nice sound
I am very satisfied with my bell. It's beautiful, has a nice bell sound and is loud enough.Very sturdy and durable . I ring it right outside my kitchen,so my son knows to come inside for the dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Will make a nice doorbell for my porch door
I have a larger bell for my front door and this one is for the side door.I had read the reviews so I knew the bell was 3" which is what I wanted.It has 2 holes to install it but for the life of me not sure why it didn't come with screws (matching colour at least) because the holes are in front quite visible I will have to good looking for matching ones.To match the antique brass look.The rope in the picture has a top knot and seems to have 2 strands of braided rope, what I for was loose bit of rope (which I knotted using half hitch knots so that looks half decent.Overall I am happy with it, delivery was quick (fulfilled by Amazon) and it was well package.
