Honestly, I really really love it. Fits my head well. Feels mighty secure on my cranium. It's hella comfortable (I've been crushing 4 - 5 hour sessions in demeo and have zero complaints on how the headset feels over that length of time. I have no complaints.

My Quest 2 elite strap developed microcracks and broke so I went searching for an alternative while waiting on a new strap (they extended the warranty to 2 years because of this issue). After watching video reviews and reading about my options I landed on this Halo Strap.First impressions: Nice packaging and the product is very aesthetically pleasing. Feels like an Oculus product and fits the Quest 2 extremely well. The "arms" slide on instead of clipping which I honestly prefer, as the clip-on method of the elite strap makes me feel like I'm going to break something.When adjusting for comfort, I found it a little more difficult to reach a "sweet spot" than the elite strap but it does end up fitting REALLY well when you do. The elite strap simply smushes on to your face (pressing in the facial interface to your forehead and cheeks) while this strap uses large cushions to clamp your upper forehead and lower skull. Because of how large the cushions are, this pressure felt less intense than that of the elite strap. For longer sessions, I think the BOBOVR M2 might be a winner.Here's where the elite strap is better- fast movements or uncommon positions. If you're playing a fast paced game, I find the elite strap to have a more secure hold (especially with the Velcro strap tightened). Don't get me wrong, the M2 fits very securely, but it's more prone to shifting when turning your head quickly or making any kind of rapid movements. Also, the M2 doesn't do incredibly well when looking straight downwards. And this really isn't something anyone needs to do very often in VR. I'm just mentioning it because it's one of the few times I found the M2 to feel somewhat uncomfortable.To sun it up, the BOBOVR M2 is a great value and a very comfortable halo-style strap for the Quest 2. I would recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade over the original Quest strap (the terrible cloth one) or an alternative to the elite strap.When my new elite strap comes in the mail, I'll update my review as to whether or not the M2 stays my "primary" strap for gaming. As of now I think it will!

Arrived next day. Install was easy and quick. I can now wear my quest for hours instead of minutes.

I have an Oculus quest 2 that I mainly use for the Supernatural app. I had purchased an adapter that attaches to the origional straps for added support. I needed to add a counter balance with an external battery for added comfort. But with this, OMG, total game changer.Pros: You can wear it comfortably with high intensity games. I wore it for a 32 minute monster work out (a lot of movement) and it held strong and was very comfortable. It has improved my VR experience ten fold.Cradles your head comfortably. I know someone put in a review that you need to attach a counter balance in the back for added support, but it's not necessary. All you have to do is make sure the back is placed low enough on your head and adjust accordingly. If you'd like to add an external battery to lengthen game play then thats a different need.It is easy to install and a breeze to put on.If you have long hair and like to wear it up you can!! Without the center support strap ofcourse.Glasses can be worn and it doesn't bother the fit of it at all.Cons:Fits cases designed for elite straps, but you have to shrink the head size everytime you put it in the case.I would like be to be able to adjust the top nubs that go on your head, just incase you have a friend with a big forehead.It is hard to fit an external battery on it due to the adjustment knob on the back.Overall, thank you for your cleaver design!! I am anxiously waiting the new ventilated face adapter!!! Honestly this product has made my Oculus better!!
