Like other HealthyTree products I’ve tried, this is top-quality. I use flax/linseed in all sorts of things, from a mix of toasted seeds as a sprinkle, to a favourite ‘German’ rye loaf containing a high proportion of flax and sesame.I don’t think you’ll find a better organic brown flaxseed than this. If you need mail order, it makes a good choice. If, however, you can get to the shops, you should be able to beat the price with ease. The current 250g price of £5.94 (£23.76/kg) or even 500g for £7.94 (£15.88/kg) is too high for me. Hence, reluctantly, just four stars for a five-star product.
