Very good for 10x10 loaves, without or without the lid on.

Excellent mold with exact dimensions i needed to bake rectangular bread. The bread with yeast starter turned out beautifully - did not even use baking paper, as the mold has nice non-stick coating. Did not try using the lid yet. The mold is not suitable if you plan on baking something liquid in it (as the corners have small gaps to release pressure in case you are baking with the lid. For classic bread it is perfect and I could not recommend it enough.

The pan leaks from the sides if you bake something that has butter or oil in it and makes a big mess in the oven from burnt oil/butter.

Użyłam do chleba, żytniego na zakwasie, z 400 g mąki - foremkę wyłożyłam papierem. Większość foremek jest niska i do wyrastania i pieczenia musiałam przykrywać drugą foremką, na wypadek gdyby ciasto wyszło ponad brzegi. Ta foremka jest wysoka i ma własną pokrywkę. chleb wyszedł idealnie. Dodatkowo ma ładny chlebowy kształt - nie zwęża się do dołu.

Fantastic little bread tins. They are a half loaf with a lid so you can get a cube shaped loaf which is easier for making slices. It’s non stick too but isn’t teflon (I don’t think) so looks like the non-stick won’t scratch off either. Very happy with this purchase.

I have purchased this twice. It’s the best loaf pan I have used. Totally not sticky, super easy to remove from the pan, even without butter or oil.

Acheté pour réaliser du pain de mie japonais Shokupan mais pas encore testé. Après avoir hésité à passer commande de peur que le moule n'arrive en mauvais état puisqu'il vient de USA, je me suis finalement décidée. J'ai bien fait. Le moule est arrivé en parfait état car très bien emballé dans son carton d'origine puis glissé dans une pochette épaisse. Le moule est magnifique. Il a tout d'un moule de qualité professionnelle: épais, aucun bord tranchant, pas un seul défaut,ferme parfaitement, fait pour durer. De plus il a les dimenssions idéales pour ma recette de Shokupan. Je recommande sans hésiter malgré son prix assez élevé. Je compte commander d'autres moules de la marque Chefmade (moule à brownie,...)

I've been looking for a bread pan that measures 5×5 inches on the INSIDE and this is it! So many other advertise as 8×5×4.5 but it's really a 7.5×4.5×4 on the inside when I received it. This results in smaller loaves. Although everyone in the comments have been saying they're making half loaves, this bread pan actually churns out the same amount of bread as the 8×5×4.5 (aka the 7.5×4.5×4). If you multiply them by volume, you'll see they are actually quite close so it makes sense. This square pan makes a much taller and wider loaf, which is what I look for when making Tamago Sando or brick toast. The longer/rectangular loaf pans makes serving size tricky. I usually have to end up doing a 3 slice sandwich to get the same serving size. As for how it bakes, it's great! I spray it with a light coating of PAM and it truly doesn't stick. My only gripe is the lid slides off TOO easily. So be careful when you take it out of the oven.
