RCA Premier 11.6" Delta Pro 2 Android 10 Tablet with Keyboard (Navy Blue)

I received this product on July 18 2021.Why?Because very suddenly my other three RCA tablet laptops went bonkers. They all began to show the virtual keyboard on the screen WHILE I WAS USING THE PHYSICAL KEYBOARD. ALL - IN - ONE - DAY. Even this new one.I do a lot of writing, and these 2-in1 units are wonderful. Or they WERE wonderful ... until the virtual keyboard wouldn't go away (yes, I disabled it in settings, but didn't work).I have an old 10 inch that, so far, hasn't been affected with the disease.It cannot be a coincidence that they ALL went with the perpetual virtual keyboard on the same day.Was this this some sort of system upgrade that failed?Please help. PLease don't disappointment me, RCA..

I purchased this tablet with the clear understanding that it was not a high end tablet. In fact, the only thing it was to be used for was running Bowflex JRNY app, and maybe YouTube. I thought it would be fine, and I was wrong.To set the stand, I have been in IT for over 25 years, and have more than 2 dozen Android devices throughout my household. I took the brand new tablet and performed all updates, and then installed only the JRNY app and YouTube, nothing else.Upon starting to use it, I noticed one this right away. The sounds quality was abysmal. I had to turn it all the way up to hear it just a couple feet away. The next thing I noticed was the screen was like sliding your finger across 2000 grit sand paper. The screen material is not glass, but more like a coarse plastic that sticks to your finger.After about an hour of fiddling with the tablet, I noticed one of the biggest issues. IT WONT CHARGE WITH THE USB CABLE! It will only trickle charge on the USB cable, meaning that if you leave it POWERED OFF, not just sleeping, it will charge over the course of a few hours. If you try to charge via USB while using the tablet, it will just run down the battery.The final stray came when I tried watching videos in the JRNY app. This app will work with most android devices all the way back to Android 6. But, this "quad core CPU" tablet didn't have the power to run it so the app would just crash and present a black screen or very jittery video. I thought, hmm, maybes its the app. I then switched over to YouTube and noticed that unless it was playing in sub 720 resolution, it would also be very jittery and constantly buffer or lag.I decided to pack the tablet back up and return it. I ended up spending about $50 more for a different tablet, and it has been flawless!

I bought this after looking at dozens of models and this by far is the best deal. It works great with my stylus to draw with my adobe software and loads the software very quickly. It does have good reaction to palms on the screen depending on the software you're using. Keep in mind the manual is loaded on the tablet so, be sure to look at the battery section because I almost returned it because I did not give it a full charge when I got it so when I woke up the next day it was dead. I plugged it in and it took a good 15 minutes before it turned on. Once charged I am getting around 9ish hours out of a charge.

I purchased one of these to replace my son's older tablet, it was so nice I purchased 2 more for myself and husband, no complaints at all, great for streaming, gaming, Facebook, YouTube. and emailing videos to friends in Canada, also great for video chats and telehealth visits,, shipping and packaging was great too, an all around pleasurable experience....

I wanted a tablet for use at home for general things sitting at the nook in the kitchen. Wanted to watch Netflix or HBO Max while cooking, etc. Con is the camera. Pixel from 2010....But I don't need it.

Well folks this is how my 90 day support plan worked out....All 3 phone numbers provided by Amazon customer support to reach the manufacturer went to some where else...Sears..Number was Disconnected and Vox. Never did get help with what i called support for. My son uses AZ Recorder for youtube videos with this android 10 tablet and he keeps getting "This feature is not available" when trying to use the draw over the other apps feature with Az Recorder. When we try to enable it we found that we did not have access to Special access /draw over other apps enable button, but we can not find it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I loved the tablet for 1 daythen i realized i was charging more than using itWhy build a nice tablet and then put the crappiest battery in it ?I bought 2 and returned them both because they are useless as a tablet3 hours doesn't cut it 2021 .

I really liked the color of the tablet, the screen size, but was very disappointed when tablet quit working/glitched only after one day of use. Returned due to defect.
