I'm 44 now!y birthday was last week. Since I hit my 40s, I feel like the scent and feel down there has changed. I went to the doctor about it and she noted that happens with age and especially after having kids. I had my second child at 40. I change liners often because I swear I am smelling 'something'. My doctor ran tests and nothing has popped up. She recommended probiotics too. It helps but not totally. Bang! A solution arrived. My girlfriend recommended the Magic V Steam. She sent me one right before my birthday. So here are my thoughts. 1) It arrived swiftly. 2) The stool is super cute and I love the color pink. 3) Everything was self-explanatory. 4) The herbs smell like love. Now how it works. I simply put the herbs at the bottom of a V Steam with a third cup of water and held the power button for 7 seconds. Once it set I set the number to 3 and watched the steam rise. I sat on it comfortably. I weigh 195 lbs and sat for 35 minutes. As busy as I am, being able to sit for 35 minutes while the V Steam powered on was much appreciated. The steam rising felt refreshing and wasn't too hot. I would advise not rising the steam to 5. When I was done, the water was easy to dump and clean up. Day one was a success. I felt refreshed and lighter and I also felt a simple scent right after. I know I will have to use it more frequently for the maximum effect. But day one was great. In fact, I'm going to use it tonight. My girlfriend uses it at least once a week for 30 minutes. Don't use during your menstrual cycle! This is a wonderful, easy to use product. I don't have to run to a spa and pay a rack of money to get the same results. The steam is on sight and I love it. Truly recommend. Treat yourself. Your V is worth it!

Let me start off by saying that I have heard about this practice for some time in different cultures, but have never been able to try it myself. Many people who offer some form of this use the toilet and I could not stomach the thought of that. Spas offer the service, but it's expensive and it doesn't give the level of privacy that I would want for this particular area. Then I came across the Magic V Steam, and the game has changed!!! It is so easy to set up and use, and easy to clean up after. The direction are very self explanatory. The packaging was very pretty and gave it a clean look and feel. The steam is very relaxing and the herbs are very refreshing. I end the steam feeling like a new woman. Lol. There are multiple color options to choose from. Cushioned seat that makes you feel as though you are A Queen on your pedestal!! Digital seat and set up. Everything is done for you, just add the bag and the water! Let me begin by saying I have struggled with horrifying menstrual cramps since I first got my period, I was diagnosed with Dysmenorrhea. I have tried everything under the sun to keep the pain of cramps away without jeopardizing my health, intense cramping, nausea, diarrhea, etc would last 3/4 hours daily. I've been steaming for about 5 weeks now and every cycle since then has gotten better with less pain each time, shorter time period of cramping. I also saw an improvement in moistness!!! The herbs are actually healing my reproductive system instead of masking the pain and I couldn't ask for more it has truly changed my life, I don't have to fear going out while I'm on period and getting sick anymore or schedule my time around it. Lastly, the herb blend unit itself is amazing! The scent of the blend is extremely grounding and relaxing, I love to do my steam at night and I spend a few mins just taking in the scent first. I love that this unit is portable and doesn't need to be used in the toilet or bathroom, you can do it all from the comfort of your room and travel with it if necessary, set up and clean up is quick and easy. If you're on the fence about buying it please just do it, you will not be disappointed!

I purchased this steamer as an alternative to going to the spa. I had been eyeing a wooden box specifically made for steaming for quite sometime. However,after considering the need to purchase a heating element for the box, my search for a better option continued.I stumbled upon this steamer and was elated. I've used it three times and it works fine. Setting it on 5 is really hot and 3 not hot enough as the instructions state. However, 3 is not hot enough so I set it on 5 and cover the top with the foam cover and then turn it to 4 minutes before I sit on it. The seat is uncomfortable after the first 15 mins, but not unbearable. I do like the fact they provide pouches of herbs for steaming. And I will reuse the pouches and purchase my own herbs after I've used all the ones provided. One previous review noted a bulb in the package. I think it's a fuse for the heating element.All in all easy to use and set up. And the you can't beat the convenience of steaming in your own home. Hopefully it lasts.
