Very good quality and great price. Swapped my crack oled with cheaper option lcd screen for my iPhone XS Max. Very easy and only took about 15 mins to swapped out. Everything works fine and responsive at the moment.

I don’t write many reviews, but this kit was so much better than a previous kit that I’d purchased that I had to write this. 1. The screen and phone work like original. OLED vibrancy and the night shift mode and multi-gesture work as they should. 2. The kit offers better value, by including a screen protector as well as new waterproofing gasket. 3. The components appear to be durable. I’ve already had one long drop with new screen (otter box case+screen protector) and the new screen survived well. The previous kit was $5 more, not including the cost buying a separate screen protector. On that screen, the colors looked like they were coming from LED vs OLED and the night shift software feature no longer functioned. Multi-touch also functioned poorly. I figured that was just the cost of using aftermarket screens… then I dropped the phone and that screen cracked *underneath* the still-intact screen protector. Amazon was great with a full refund and I bought this kit instead. I can’t say enough about how much better this kit is vs the other one! A helpful hint for others fixing their screen: heat up the display a bit to loosen your waterproof gasket before trying to remove it. I turned my phone off and then set it in the hot Colorado sun for a few minutes, screen up, and removal with suction cup and and pick was a breeze.

After shattering my iPhone XS display screen I ordered this replacement LCD screen. Order was delivered on Nov/22/2023 and installed the next day. Quit working on Jan/03/2024. It worked for a total of 6 weeks. I'll list the pros and then I'll give you the bad. PROS ..... The display screen came nicely packaged with a set of 4 small screw drivers, new gasket, 2 plastic tools to separate the screen from back half, and 2 sets of instructions that was easy to read and to follow. The quality of the display was as good as the original when it can to videos and pictures. That's it for the good, so now the bad... After installing the replacement LCD screen, checking to make sure every thing worked, I put front bezel back on and it was good to go. Everything work as it should... The first thing that I notice that was a little off but it didn't really brother me, was that now the battery only lasted about 1/4 - 1/2 the time it did on a full charge before replacing the screen. Then after about 2 weeks the bottom section of the screen stop working with touch. Other than the bottom section not working, I had not issues with it. That was until night of Jan 03. The display screen stopped working without any warnings that was going bad. I just finished of talking to someone the phone, sit it on the work bench as I working in the garage. 5 mins late I get a text, I swipe to unlock the screen. It unlocked and powered on for a 1/2 second before going black. Though the phone died. But actually the LCD display went out.. You can push the button on the side to wake the phone up, and see the display light up slightly. The screen will not respond to touch. It sucks cause now there's no way to get all my contacts and photos since I can't unlock the phone because of the LCD screen stopped working.

I’m very happy with this iPhone X screen replacement kit. The screen quality is clear and responsive, and the 3D Touch works just like the original. The kit comes with all the tools needed, which made the repair much easier even for someone without much experience. The waterproof adhesive and tempered glass are a great bonus for added protection. Overall, it’s a great value and a reliable option if you need to replace your iPhone X screen.

Loved the magnetic screwdrivers and the mat to hold the screws. The screwdrivers I didn’t have to worry about dropping the super tiny screws they held on to them amazingly and the mat has a lay out for each piece you need to take out so you know what screw goes where after taking them out it’s also color coded for the different screws and which screw driver to use. The triangle piece you use to open your phone I struggled with I had to use a different tool I had at home to get the screen started towards coming out then used the triangle to get around the rest of the adhesive. I did get a little confused by the instructions but mostly because it’s my first time ever replacing a phone screen so it just seemed like a lot but following the instructions and finding a YouTube video to watch along side with it worked out well. If you do watch a YouTube video along side of it just don’t forget to use the adhesive before connecting the new screen as I did. I had the phone all connected together then realized I skipped the adhesive and had to take it all apart again. I also with it did come with tiny tweezers but it was fine without them. After it was all assembled the screen came on and works good. There is definitely a difference from the original screen to this screen but it’s not terrible. Also side not: my phone screen was broken at the top and I couldn’t swipe to turn it off so it was on while I was switching screens. If you can’t turn your phone off make sure you disconnect the battery(which it says to do in the instructions anyways) then reconnect it or else after the screen is connected it will just be black.

This is a great product and one of the best complete kits I have purchased. I have two kids and have replaced multiple iPhone screen versions. I purchased the iPhone X kit. It came with all of the specialty screwdrivers and an excellent magnetic pad with a map of the phone to show you where to place the screws after you remove them. It also includes a screen protector to put on after you finish. A few comments: The suction cup sucks, or more specifically, doesn't. It kept coming off the screen as I pulled. I ended up sacrificing a metal tape measure (I cut a small section off it) to get a small "blade" under the edge of the broken screen to remove it. Use plenty of heat to loosen the adhesive. Once it was off, the instructions are great at showing exactly where each screwdriver goes (they are color matched on the instructions). I did not end up using the red screwdriver as my interior screws were all the "yellow" screwdriver type. When you remove the earpiece, you need to note the position of the gold grounding plate which attaches to the middle screw. I attached a picture so you can see how it should be oriented. The tab is upright and positioned so the "back" of the tab goes toward the home button. It rotates as you tighten the screw so you will need to hold it in place with another screwdriver to keep it oriented correctly. To get the waterproof seal on, be sure to get it under the rim of the metal edge of the phone. Press it down firmly all the way around. I heated mine a bit to make sure it was sticky, then pressed it around again before removing the blue backing film. To get the backing film off, I had to use scissors and cut the center of the film out, then peeled it off very gently. It didn't work for me to try the tab that was on the film to get it off, it kept peeling up the waterproof seal. Finally, the screen protector has a black edge inlaid into it which makes orienting it very easy. The inlaid edge has a plastic covering on it, which you can peel off when you are done. My screen had a slight pink hue, but this self-corrected after a few power on and off. The manufacturer needs to include a better suction cup and a thin metal pry piece. Hope this helps....

It works meh. Screen randomly keeps taping and it's so annoying because it keeps on waking up the phone. Other than that it seems okay. The bezels seem slightly thicker compared to the original. The quality is okay, I would say the average user won't notice the difference from the original. SUPER hard to install. Just opening the phone is difficult. The suction cup doesn't work. I took a knife and pried open the old screen from the bottom of the phone. It takes about 30 mins to install. The screw driver is hard to use. It's magnetic, which is very helpful. However, it's really difficult to position the screws and screw them in when reinstalling the display. The guide is not helpful. Just watch a youtube to figure it out. The adhesive glue thing for the screen installation didn't work at all. I threw it away. Other than that it is fine.

Screwdrivers are cheap and don't do the job. I could not unscrew half of the screws. Would not recommend to buy this product.
