I tried to peel a potato and the blade was DULL! not made well and waste of money

The media could not be loaded.  It is kind of a running joke between my best friend and I and my poor choice in potato peelers. She claims she bought me a nice one years ago and I threw it away because I like making things harder on myself. I know she didn't buy me one years ago and I have tried to buy a few, including a kitchenaid brand one... and it just didn't work well! They don't have enough weight to them, or the peeler edge just isn't sharp enough. Well I can tell you that this one definitely is! I even took a video of it just to prove that I actually have a decent peeler finally! See how each motion allows me to peel the majority of the carrot in just one peel - this never happens to me with my previous peelers! I also love how it is dishwasher safe and the stainless steel look is classic. Hope it holds up for a long time so I can rub it in my friend's face every time we make dinner together!

This is a very nice and sleek looking good peeler. It probably works well with a left handed person as when using the right hand to peel it doesn't do very well. Only the blade on the left side are sharp enough to peel. It does work pretty well to core apples.

Very hard to use. There is a bar of metal and apple peel keeps getting stuck. I like that it is all metal. I have a plastic one and water gets stuck in it, gross. I will try again. Maybe I am not used to it yet.

Tha Apple and vegetable peeler is a great idea and it is easy to wash and clean and store.
