I purchased this item to use on my Traeger Flat Rock riddle. It works perfectly to close up the gaps created by the handles on each side of the griddle. It’s a perfect fit and still allows for the cover to be closed with them in place.

I could not be happier with this bench scraper! This is perfect for smoothing buttercream on cakes. I have owned a 5" one for decades and never thought to look for a bigger one. I don't like the acrylic scrapers at all. This is tall enough for my normal sized tiers and has a nice edge that isn't sharp to the skin like some. I appreciate how the rolled handle is flat and even along the ends. It does not interfere with keeping a straight, smooth edge when rotating your cake. Perfect for my hands that are developing arthritis

I wanted this device to make cutting baked bars quicker and easier. It does the job! It also works to scrape pastry and flour up off my kitchen counter too. Win win!
