Excellent Customer Service
I had purchase this along with the 10x10 canopy. I received the canopy in the box at my doorstep, no problem. I did not find this along with it. I used the Amazon question to seller link to let them know I did not receive it. The next day they had provided the USPS tracking number and let me know that the postman had left my package in my mailbox. Sure enough, when I checked it was there. Awesome fast service with a resolution in the response. Thank you Eagle Peak and well done!I am very pleased with both the canopy and sidewall. I will be using for a craft fair in the fall and holidays. Nice and sturdy, they should stand up to the fall/winter weather here in Florida very nicely.
