The good news is that it has allowed me to do the jobs for which it was intended. It easily rolls through some very narrow doorways, is easy to position and the wheels both lock tight and are easy to release. My work is installing osb, painting and installing trim on a ceiling and walls that are from 8 to 16 feet off of the floor. BUT, my main complaint is the wiggle inherent in the design. The main structure fits together loosely to allow easy assembly. This creates inherent, cumulative slop in the fit, hence, wiggle. I'm a technical mountaineer/rock climber. Height does not bother me, but I don't like moving "rock". Do not expect the stability of a cross braced scaffold. Remember where you are and make your movements smooth. Also, don't expect to climb the outside in the style you would on a cross braced unit. Hang too far out and the scaffold will "rodeo" (opposite wheels will leave the ground). The "hatch" is sold as a plus. In reality it's unusable. The opening is too small to allow climbing through with a tool belt and it does not stay open, which is just plain awkward. When closing, care must be taken to keep the limiter webbing from sticking up through the floor causing another hazard. The hatch is more inconvenience than convenience. Sure, the webbing could be removed, but why bother? My unit came with what appears to be more than one painted-over rust spot (photo). I expect better than this. The safety cage had one two piece side that could only by assembled with a dead blow hammer. Apparently the paint was too thick (they may have been trying to hide the rust) or the tubing was out of round. That's not a selling point when you are 12 feet off of the floor. In shipping, the tracking was useless. The seller had no way to contact the final carrier to make final arrangements. No final carrier number is given. The number that I was given by the seller was not supported by my phone card. Not everyone has a cell phone. When the driver called, his number was unintelligible as he spoke it. Luckily, delivery worked out in the end. Oh, yes, instructions. Be prepared to work on a puzzle. Were it not for drawings, I'd still be scratching my head. No instructions were given for the "safety cage" either. And don't forget. When you change the height of the floor, you are uncoupling what holds the whole assembly together. Be prepared. It works. It's lighter and more convenient than the cross braced types. It fits into places too small for cross braced units, but there's no free lunch.

This brand of scaffolding is excellent! It is easy to assemble with 2 people, is very high quality and has a great powder coat finish! I do not like heights, yet feel safe on this scaffolding. The customer service is top notch as well. I was contacted about what to expect during the shipping process and the best way to handle receipt of my purchase. I highly recommend this company and scaffolding!

At this point I've only had the opportunity to use one section. The scaffold is as well designed and made as those I was renting, if not identical. The ability to order the complete system in one package was convenient. My only regret is not purchasing one years ago. The only negative with the product is that I did not see an option for leveling jack/pads to be used vice the rollers. That said, I'm fairly certain I'll be able to find some that will work with this system.

Is as stated. Unit arrived when I expected, seller contacted me personally to clarify receiving details, no complaints, reputable and transparent person to deal with. I haven't actually used all the components, I self contract some work and my carpenter just placed 1/2 of the units on some of his basic smaller scaffolding and everything lined up. Built well and does what it says so far.

Great Heavy Duty Product. Seller provides excellent communication and its delivered insured. The product is high quality. Worth every penny. Renting can cost as much as 80 per section per day. This will pay for itself in a week.
