This Phone comes with Huawei OS and google play store and apps are not supported

I didn’t like it at all when you sign in it says nova 7i I contacted the seller and was so so rude waste of money I regret they didn’t change it for me so so disappointed

What an incredible piece of hardware at a great price. The phone is very fast, has plenty of memory and storage and the camera (both the hardware and the software) is really good. One downside would be that, if you update it to the latest EMUI, you won't be able to install google play store (at least not at the time of writing this review). For me it's not a downside as most google apps can be used from the browser but my wife really wanted the Play store on it. Some apps are on Huawei's app gallery and everything else can be downloaded manually from APKPure (though they won't update automatically)

The phone itself is fantastic however you actually have to use 3rd party apps to be able to access google apps like Gmail, Chrome, YouTube. Facebook is also not available as standard.I should have done more research into the phone itself but I assumed all phones sold in the UK would have access to these popular apps as standard.

Awful handset doesn't download half the apps it's previous model could so it's pretty much a bad purchase for me personally. For a phone that's supposed to be an upgrade to the p30 this is very disappointing.

You save at least £150 to get equivalent hardware. You just have to work at installing Apps. Procedure 1) Google the install file eg .APK 2) If found on a PC, copy it to phone downloads. 3) Install by using APKMirror or APKPure .Quite a few apps moan about no Google services, usually to give a map but rest of app runs fine. Only important one that wont run- NHS Covid-19.

Came quickly, excellent speed, very stylish... but couldn't access Google stuff so had to send back.
