Great product, difficult packaging
This hard red wheat has given me the most amazing sourdough starter and amazing bread. Only deducted one star due to the packaging it comes in. I have to wait for my husband to be home in order to have someone to open and close the bucket. It is just that difficult to remove the lid. I’m not weak by any means and can easily lift the bucket. The lid/seal is great for preservation, but not so great for every day use!
