Great tasting and can be used in dozens of ways.
One of the best tasting powdery you can get to add to your yogurt, smoothies, juices and even in your baking. I think it is also a great way to teach your kids to appreciate things that aren’t very sweet because the unique taste of the pomegranate is appealing to most people at most ages despite the fact that it is tangy. I also know that pomegranate is very healthy so there is that too.

Excellent quality product!
Tastes great, dissolves well - organic. I add it to smoothies and a drink I make with cacao powder.

Flavorful and slightly tart.
I've used this powder for some time now to flavor plain yogurt. It imparts a slightly tart taste that I enjoy. One has to be careful with it since it is a very fine powder and tends to fly all over the place. As to its health benefits, I have no scientific evidence personally, but used as directed shouldn't be a problem. If you want to put some tartness in your smoothie or plain yogurt, this is a good choice.

Health food.
I think this is more economical than buying pure pomegranate juice in the store. I am not sure of the quality because I have not tried other brands of juice powder to compare it to. It doesn't cake and seems dry.

I use this in everything and the taste is great. More useful and economical than juice.
I think pomegranate juice is a great arsenal in my health routine. However, it is expensive and I decided to try this powder. I have added it to my protein shakes (chocolate flavor and it was still good!). I have added it to my iced tea, to cold water, and into my salad dressing. I think the taste is exactly like the juice and it has upgraded everything I add it to, The value is great but it being a powder versus a juice has allowed me to add it to more foods and incorporate it into my diet more. My stomach tolerates it better than the juice. The smell is part of the appetizing nature of this as it smells good when you open it up and you want to taste it. Great smell, great taste, easy to use, able to use more often than juice alone. Has lasted me a lot longer than expected due to the amount I use daily. I feel it has added to my energy level, condition of my skin, effectiveness of my workouts and I will continue to use it.

"2 scoops in a smoothie" is laughable, paying a large premium for freeze-drying
It took 10 scoops to reproduce the tartness and sweetness of 1/2 cup actual pomegranate juice. This means: 1. The suggestion printed on the package, of 2 scoops in a smoothie, provides just a token amount of this superfood, the equivalent of around 1.5 tablespoons of pomegranate juice. You're not adding superfood nutrition so much as just adding some pomegranate fragrance. 2. The package then is equivalent to about 9 cups pomegranate juice. On a per cup basis this is more than double the price of, say, the brand of pomegranate juice characterized by bottles with bulbous segments. That markup is the purported value of shelf-stable powdered form. I don't think it's worth it, because other Microingredient products don't exhibit this markup. Their powdered spinach, for example, costs roughly the same as the equivalent amount of fresh spinach (I've dehydrated and ground my own powder before). I don't see why pomegranate juice has to be any different. So, after reconstitution, the taste is authentic, I have to say. You can tell it's not fresh in the same way you can tell that you're listening to a recording and not the live performance, but the recording is pretty damn good. But I'm knocking two stars off, one for the poor value, and the other for the effete suggestion of 2 scoops per serving. Also, and this is just a nit, but every time I reach in for the scoop my hands get sticky. Also the upper parts of the inside absorb moisture from my hand and get sticky too. The resealable strip is pretty useless as well. At first I folded it down a couple times and put a binder clip on it, but eventually I dumped the contents into a canning jar and now I just use my own metal spoon to scoop out what I need, solves both problems.

This is the best stuff!!
This is the best stuff! I've purchased several things from this brand/store and everything has been stellar; taste and texture is better by far than any of the several I've purchased from others before finding these folks. It's usually less expensive than others, too, but what good is cheaper if you never eat it? This Organic Pomegranate Juice Powder is tasty, sweet, with a very fine grind that dissolves easily and smells just like pomegranates. As with all powdered eats, mixing it in is best done with a small amount of warm liquid first or just dump it into your dry ingredients adding a bit more liquid to your recipe. I cook almost everything I eat organically from scratch both personally and professionally for decades- even on a wood stove! I'm picky about my ingredients with taste being a close second to organic. Off to spread some pomegranate cream cheese on some biscuits!
