Ultra Concentrated Ashwagandha - 90 Capsules

I bought this along with Tribulus Terrestris since for a while now my mood and my sleep has not been the greatest. I have only been taking it for a few weeks and since it can take up to a month to start feeling the effects I am holding off on that part for now.I just wanted to warn anyone who is gonna take this to NOT use the full dose and also be careful you don't take other supplements if they also have Ahwagndha. I started taking 1 capsule a day for the first 10 days and felt fine, so I then bumped it up to 2 caps. At around the 15 days mark I got this unbelievable itching all over my body, but mostly in my hands and feet. If it weren't for the social restrictions people might've thought I was a crackhead going through withdrawal scratching so much in public. I have had allergies and a couple of encounters with poison ivy but this was awful in it's own right. Calamine lotion and Benadryl really did help much. Since I had not done any other dietary changes or others like soap, I only assumed it was one of the supplements. Low and behold I came here and read all the reviews of people having similar reactions. The funny thing is if you google Ashwagndha side effects there is next to no information about it, and of course proponents say there are none.I checked the other supplements and say the Tribulus Terrestris had 800mg in the mix so that was really putting me over when I started taking two capsules. I stopped taking it altogether and the itching was gone in about two days. I am back to just one capsule and will probably stay there.

I first heard about Toniiq back in May but I never really took supplements other than omega-3 fish oil and a vitamin d supplement. I'm black so I've to get vitamin d even though I'm outside a substantial amount of time and live in Florida, I still think I should supplement VD to get adequate amounts daily. That aside, I heard about Ashwagandha in October and I decided to order from you guys because I like your story and I like what you're doing in the health and fitness world and I support it. One day, I might even be able to partner with you guys and support the company. I did alot of research on the product and mostly got it for the testosterone boost. I know that I'm already a stallion, but not harm in having a boost. I've never seen testosterone hurt anyone. The product was delivered to me on the 23rd of October and I started using it on the 26th. At first I didn't feel anything from it. I think that just because my body processes new supplements slowly. Very slowly. But then, the 6th of November came. This was a particularly stressful day for me, but that evening it just popped in my head to self-evaluate and I immediately noticed that even though the day was full of work and was arduous, I was calm. My nerves weren't on edge and I felt extremely focused on whatever task I had on hand. I've never felt this calm before, even though I meditate daily. It feels amazing to be calm but focused at the same time. It's improved just about everything that I do to this day and I think this product is a big contributor to my focus. I believe that the decrease in stress and the testosterone increasing properties of this product have helped me improve quite a bit in such a short amount of time and I see myself only improving from here.

Start off by saying nothing gets a 5 star from me unless it is earth shattering. This product has a medium to somewhat large capsule that doesn’t smell the best, but goes down surprisingly easily as long as you can actually swallow pills, if not it is fairly easy to break them open. It says 2 capsules a day but doesn’t specify a time but I take it directly after an afternoon workout, same time, every day and I haven’t noticed any trouble. It does help with circulation and to reduce stress. I take meds for ADHD and it does seem easier to sleep after my medicine wears off, the sleep is noticeably better as well, even though my sleep schedule is erratic at best, I feel a more than normal rested feeling regardless of how long I actually sleep and how often I get up. I also feel lighter and have more energy than beforehand, even with competitors’ brands. I switched to these from goli gummies in an attempt to lower my carbohydrate intake, and because I was told the active ingredient is ksm-66 to which goli has a very low bioavailability. And these are just a better option all around for me. No melting, no chewing, no lingering bad flavor, no excess sugar or carbs, and slightly better results. Highly recommend, and will probably continue to recommend for anyone who has any issues with stress or wants a better workout and less fatigue afterward.

This product seems to do what it claims. I did have good sleep when I was taking it. However, I started to get really itchy about a week in. I didn’t immediately put it together though. I would shower and moisturizer and still scratch holes into my skin, especially the extremities. Finally after the itching was getting almost unbearable I asked myself what I had started doing differently that could cause this. Lo and behold, I realized this could be the source. of the reviews and realized this is exactly what was causing it. I did try cutting the dose in half but was still too itchy. I dont really have issues with sleeping, but I have been feeling pretty good and more relaxed with all the stress of work and life. Much deeper sleep I guess...I am not an expert to judge that.
