These are amazing, and held my beach umbrellas in place when everyone else's were blowing into the ocean!! Although my husband had doubts, he was convinced by the end of the first day. My cousin said I could have gotten them for $3 or $4 at the Sunsations store, but when I looked at the ones they sold, they were not nearly as well-made as these. These will hold up much better, for much longer, than the cheap ones will. Worth the extra couple of dollars, for sure.

It's rustproof because it's plastic. I thought it was anodized aluminum. Kind of shady advertising to infer a metallic component.It works well enough though. When sand gets in the crevices, you can't collapse the arms back in.

Terrible, terrible, terrible for the sugar of Florida. Could not keep my umbrella in the ground, hence my umbrella went flying down the beach several times before I took this off. It worked better without an anchor at all.

1) It pulled out of the sand after a strong wind gust.2) The flip up handles get stuck after sand gets in the hinges.Sent it back.

This is the only kind of beach umbrella anchor to use. We have 3 of them. The flip down handles make it so easy to twist into the sand.

Worked great and very solid. I was afraid the plastic would be flimsy but it surprised me!

This augar is legit! It actually works and is easy to drill in the sand!
