This is a great pillow. I love the bamboo filling, it feels much nicer than polyester fill. It’s kind of slippery and silky. The zipper made it easy to add, remove, and redistribute the filling. It took a few tries to get it just right. Another major bonus is that it arrives smelling like nothing! I’ve had foam pillows in the past that smelled awful and it didn’t feel good to put my head on it wondering what I was breathing in. It’s great to have a pillow made of plant derived materials.

Feel like I have been looking most of my adult life for a pillow that is soft yet has support. This is It! Years ago I could use the down/euro feather pillow, yet there is simply not enough support. Have tried the various foam ones, gel type, combo ones & they are either too 'hard', full, firm, basically, did not work for me.The bamboo fiber and the fact it is adjustable are the keys. You can add or subtract the bamboo fill fiber (they include additional filler) to suit your preference. My suggestion - try it first w/o adding or subtracting & see what you think.I love mine So much am going to get a second, just to make sure I have a backup - & be able to share when I have company. Hey, nothing like a great pillow to get a good night's sleep, eh?

This pillow is great! It’s as advertised with an inner and outer case and plenty of extra filling. I docked 1 ⭐️ Because the inner zipper feels flimsy (I expect it would break with more use) and the tag says it’s filled with only 30% bamboo. The rest is “gel microfiber” which may not be plant-based.

This one works really good for me because I can adjust the fullness. I have a hard time getting a pillow that is not too high and my neck is bent and my head is perched too high. To my relief, i can adjust this one if needed, but honestly, it came out of the box perfect for my needs. No smell, not lumpy or too soft, keeps it shape. When i don’t even think about my pillow, that’s perfect.

I was really excited to receive this pillow after reading so many great reviews. Unfortunately, when I got mine the extra stuffing was not the same silky comfortable stuff in the pillow already, but something entirely different that was hard and scratchy. When I put it in the pillow, it made that side all hard and lumpy. If I had been given the correct filling material this review may have gone very differently. I will be returning this item. Very disappointing.

These pillows are AMAZING! Best investment I have made! I fall asleep faster, I stay asleep all night. I highly recommend these pillows to everyone, especially anyone suffering from headaches and upper back problems, my headaches are gone and the upper back/neck problems are so much better now. I love the fact that they are hypoallergenic and are environmentally friendly, making this buyer happy and confident.I will be purchasing again for everyone I know. Because these are too amazing to keep to myself.

I have been on an endless search for a pillow that will relieve my neck and shoulder pain. This one got great reviews and I gave it a good try before calling it quits. Everyone is different regarding comfort and support needs but I found this pill to be stiff and uncomfortable regardless of the amount of stuffing that I removed. I am returning it.
