The product was fine - I was disappointed that it came as a completely different pattern than I ordered. The product did not arrive as pictured. It was not a pattern that I would have ordered.I wasn't able to send it back, because I had ordered it to use on an upcoming trip and there wasn't enough time.I was pleased with the product itself but unhappy that the pattern was changed without allowing me to cancel my order.

I really like this bag, but it has flaws. First the mini bag did NOT come with this purchase, instead I got some solid brown tote thing. Second this bag itself is NOISY!! Its made of a loud sort of paper type material. I will keep the bag, and use it, but I would have LOVED it if not for the mentioned downfalls. Very fast shipping though

I almost returned it for not as advertised, but I will keep it for the trunk of my car to carry in things I purchase during the day. It does not have bottle carrying mesh on the outside of the bag when fully open as shown and lastly it is made of a very cheap plastic that feels like shower cap material. Also I forgot to do my math on the size of the thing. 21" long is about the size of three plastic bags side by side and not as large as the advertised picture of the bag carried over the shoulder of a full grown person. 99% of my amazon purchases are very good buys, so I am going to see what happens with future purchase because I have been very pleased with Amazon 99% of the time.

This compact duffle bag is the perfect item. it is easy to travel with and it gives you an extra bag when you need it. Folds back up very easy. The material is very strong. I had mine packed full and there was no strain at all.

Love it as a spare bag to take on trips. We always bring back more than we take. This bag folds down really small... And the littler bag is nice for my daughter to carry her goodies!
