This product works in removing ticks and so I would have gone with a five star rating if it wasn't for the fact that it is nothing more than a very small piece of hard plastic with a couple of grooves cut into it. At $3.99 or ever $4.99 I would have thought it appropriately priced, but $9.99 was way too much.

Hubby got 2 ticks within a week and it worked like a charm--the notched bits are excellent for popping them right off. We're buying more to keep in our cars for when we go to the park or hiking with the dog.

Super idea though way too high priced, should be 10 for a dollar. Haven't used yet but expect to work very well, much better than tweezers or fingers. Why didn't we think of that before?

The item came very fast and as advertised. It's been a bad season for ticks in our area this year so this should come in handy. We've had a tough time properly removing some this year including one from last week (despite it being 20 degrees outside). Wish I had this then, but we'all be better prepared in the future.

The small tick pulling sticks are easier to use, but this is convenient carrying.
