My original knife that was included in a set was somehow tossed out, and as it was one I used A LOT, I needed to replace it. I actually like this one better. It stays sharp (I've had it for about two months and haven't had to sharpen it yet), and it fits in my hand better than my previous one. Which is important because I have hands that are pretty much the size of a child's. If I need to purchase replacement knives again, I will definitely stick with this brand.

this knife is pretty good..it came sharp and i really put it to use and its still holding a sharp edge..ihardy have to put much effort into cutting most anything food wise. i recommend this knife.
