GVS ELIPSE P100 Elastomeric Half Mask Respirator with Source Control for Healthcare Professionals with Replaceable and Reusable Filters Included

I'm not an all day mask wearer. I wear it while cutting or sanding wood (I mostly do lathe work). With that I have not had any issues or any resistance breathing in the mask. I have a full beard and this fits over it pretty well. I previously used some 3M and RZ mask masks and I like this one the best. It's pretty comfortable sometimes I forget I'm even wearing it if it's well underneath my full face mask and will accommodate glasses too

I love this mask because it fits perfectly. Its comfortable to wear for long periods of spray finishing. Easy on easy off.

Ive used masks like these 8+ hours every day for the past 4 years at my welding job. I accidentally clicked this one instead of the one I normally get but when I got it in the mail I thought I would give it a shot. Waste of money. There’s supposed to be a valve in the front of the mask that lets your exhaled breath out and then closes behind it when you breath in. These ones don’t have it so they get FILLED with condensation after little to no time.

Pretty comfortable, felt like it was digging down into my nose, but that's most likely cause I went too tight trying to make a strong seal against my face.But yeah, there is no relief for the condensation that forms from your breath. 0ver a 8 hours shift the inside is drenched with Enough

I have been using the GVS SPR644 mask consistantly, indoors since Omicron broke, and while e-scooting around town running errands, so I'm not breathing exhaust and road dust. I bought this mask because it has source control and filtration that lasts up to 60 hrs of general use, which should make it an ideal long term solution during the rest of the covid pandemic, as well for future invasions by other airborne viral buggers. Unfortunately, because they blocked the exhalation valve to add source control, the mask also collects breath condensation, flooding the inside of the mask after a while. First time I wore it for over an hour, my face was soaked, I must have dumped at least a teaspoon of condensation when I took it off and the filters were damp (NOT GOOD!). I've remedied this by tucking a folded tissue into the pocket between the face gasket and the mask, at both the chin and bridge of the nose, being careful it doesn't obstruct the filters or affect the seal, to absorb the condensation as it collects in the pocket. Then I just toss the tissues when I take the mask off and replace them. I also understand that this wouldn't be quite as much of an issue if I breathed through my nose, but unfortunately again, the mask is sized just so that keeping my mouth closed renders the face seal inconsistant as I move and I exchange some unfiltered air. Plus that's a great idea if you never have to talk to anyone, doesn't work as well, otherwise. Perhaps the SPR 643 (s/m) would be a better fit. If I get a hold of one eventually, I may update this review.Anyway, minus 2 stars because there's obvious problems, but it still gets three for being a source controlled low-profile, NIOSH appoved mask that's actually amazingly relatively comfy overall, once you've adjusted for the condensation issue.

El respirador es muy bueno, el precio es accesible y los respuestos también son económicos. Si se siente que se ajusta bien a la cara y a diferencia de las mascarillas el aire si se siente filtrado. Lo único malo es lo que muchos ya han comentado, en el aeropuerto los encargados no quieren que se use y te piden cambiarla por una mascarilla kn95 o que le pongas cubrebocas del plisado para que según ellos filtre el aire expulsado.

Muy buena , cómoda , sella bien al rededor de la cara y filtra muy bien.

El respirador se ajusta de maravilla a mi rostro, y lo mejor es que los filtros duran 1 mes según el instructivo y además filtra partículas de hasta .3 micras, me gusta por que lo uso en el transporte público y me siento protegido.
