These help when my brain is sensory overloading or having a minor anxiety attack. When I sense a anxiety attack, it helps me focus on something to bring myself out of it. With sensory overloads, it helps calm me with the texture of it.

Granddaughter loves these. These are a good, sturdy fidget toy. Not one of the cheap, thin rubber ones that don't hold their pop. They are a decent size and look exactly as pictured with pastel colors. Would recommend.

We purchased these to keep a 15 month old busy in the car on a long trip. The pineapple fits great in little hands, and the other ones are fun, just a bit big for single-hand holding with a free hand for popping. The rainbow was a big floppy and the hardest to pop. The other three work great! Our kid was happy and carried the pineapple around for the entire vacation! She loved practicing.
