Costly refills
A pilot frixion pen cost 5 aed in the shop. Here 6 pieces refills are listed for 52 aed, ie 8.6 aed per piece something doesn't add up here. If its a mistake let me know.

Keep cool!!!
I love these pens and have used them for years, regularly buying refills. But BE WARNED - don't leave any writing you've done with them in a hot place! Exposure to any sort of heat, not only friction heat, causes what you've written to disappear. I left a closed notebook, full of notes from a course I'd attended, on a table in the sun for half an hour - and when I next opened it, every page was blank! I still use these pens but will now be sure to keep them and my notebooks in a cool place.

Great product, not so sure about the packaging
I do like this product, and would probably buy again. However, please have a rethink on the packaging. The first time I purchased the refills, they came in a simple, small plastic box. I was running low, so ordered again. This time, amazingly, each individual refill was in a separate plastic bag. They were all then in a further plastic bag! SO wasteful. The whole point of me buying refills is to try and reduce waste!

Easy pens!
I bought this for my dyslexic daughter, who finds herself with scribbles all throughout her book. These helped her severely and made her book look neater! Each refill only lasts a few days but they are worth it! They are very easy to hold/ use if you have the correct pens for these refills and I find it cheaper to buy these refills! The colour of the blue is very pretty and her teachers have complimented the "pretty light blue pen"!

shameful plastic packaging
No issues with the refills, but what's going on with the packaging for these things?A multi-pack consists of 5 individual refills each wrapped in plastic, with the group then inside another plastic bag. And a common alternative seems to be a hard-plastic box for the individual items. Why do paper-based cartons not work for these? Are the producer/distributors completely ignorant of the plastic waste issues we face? You have a responsibility, and that includes Amazon, too. Don't force us consumer to accept your plastic waste! And the consumers are children who take these issues more seriously than us corrupted adults, and who will have to live with our legacy! And Amazon, how about if you start adding packaging details to the product info, as well as packaging as a rating factor? Why are you shying away from this, it's hardly a new problem? You have a responsibility, and the solutions aren't massive hurdles!

Overall good but deplete quickly
In the past, I have had bad luck with red erasable pens tot he extent that some simply did not erase. However, I am overall satisfied with these as they erase well without leaving any marks or shadows. However, they deplete quickly so that reduces their value for money. I have bought several packs of three of these so these observations are not flukes. On the positive side, I did not encounter any dry refills. In summary, I recommend these pens but I would advise buying a larger quantity than you would otherwise as they deplete quickly.
