Hard white plastic with three straight sides, one curved side and a hole for hanging. Dishwasher safe on the top rack. A true-multi-tasker. For the curved side, scrape out your mixing bowl much easier and more efficient than a spatula. Size is 3.75 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide and it is dishwasher safe on the top rack.

Dough Scraper
This plastic dough scraper is the perfect size and composition for my uses. I prefer it to the sharp metal dough scrapers. It works quite well for all my purposes, is easy to clean, and easy to store. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition.

I used to use these for scraping dough out of bowls when I worked on church dinners. So glad I finally found them to get one for me and each of my grown kids. We love them.
