Color is darker than what is pictured but looks good
The color of the pouch was a darker color than what is pictured which is better in my own opinion because the pictures look to bright. You do have to separate the action from the stock to get it on and I recommend a 2 layer piece of duct tape over the button to keep it from scratching the wood. The fit is a bit tight but i stretched it over a spare plastic stock for a few days and it fit better. As long as you stretch it for a few days before putting it on the carbine it will fit 2 15rd magazines. My only complaint is I wish there was more material for the flap so it would close easier

Top quality replica holster, near the real thing
Need/ want a M1 carbine mag holster but dont want to pay $150 bucks for something that smells like its rotting ? Then this is your choice. I have had it on my 1943 Saginaw Gear M1 Carbine and its perfect looks like original issue and holds the 10 round GI mags just fine. Comes with period correct stampings for people looking to recreate a scene or just have the proper ascetics of a good WWII piece without the costs.

Well made, fits great.
Fits just fine on the rifle, holds two 15 round magazines firmly. Would recommend to all M1 Carbine owners. Cheap easy way to always have at least 30 rounds with your rifle.

Nice addition to a carbine
Looks nice, holds mags like it should, but isnt as tight and doesn't stay in play like I feel it should. Maybe that's just how these are designed.

M1 Carbine Butt Mag holder
This was just what I was looking for to make my M1 look even more authentic, the magazines fit snug, as did the pouch itself, a great product that I will be getting more of to put on the Butt of my other rifles, the shipping was fast and it was just what I ordered. I am very pleased with this item.

Not Just for M1 Carbine Mags
Looks and works perfectly on my Savage Mk II to hold its extra magazines. I can hold 2 10 round mags in each pocket comfortably.Love the look and markings on it too.Update: came back and bought another for my Ruger Mini 30's 5 round mags!

Bad fit.
Looks great. Not a good fit. Slides off stock almost to the point of not made for the M1 Carbine. Very disappointed
