My 13 year old daughter absolutely loves this. She wears a child 16 or an adult small and this fits her perfectly!

I ordered this costume for my daughter , she is 12 years old it just fits no wiggle room . She is lean so if your an adult women I don’t think this would fit unless ur super skinny , but It looks just like pic , for the price I paid I’m happy , we picked up a longer and bigger tail and got full size wings to go with costume so I’m content .
