The bowls are a lot nicer than I expected. First they came individually wrapped with a lot of wrapping. I did not find any dents or imperfections. Second the bowl was very sturdy and came with no unnecessary stickers. I have put them in the dishwasher several times already and have not had any issues with designs coming off. Great investment, and enjoy eating my ramen noodles out of them.

I knew right before I purchased it that this will be my favorite bowl for soups and oatmeal. It didn’t disappoint me. It keeps my food warm longer and the lid doubles as a small plate for a side dish or a spoon rest. The size is just right for one serving. I specifically bought this for making instant noodles, because I don’t like using the styrofoam cup/bowl that most instant soup comes with. Also bought a second one for my hubby. I recommend this bowl. Good quality, even tried cooking rice with it on med/low heat. I’m not saying you should try and cook rice with it too, but just want to share it. That’s how durable this bowl is.

It’s a quality piece of pottery and very charming. My only complaint is the lid handle is almost nonexistent and it’s hard to place on the bowl and remove it carefully as the ceramic is fragile.
