Good stuff!
Sturdy, durable fabric. We used it to replace thinner fabric on the underside of an ottoman which the cats had torn up. We measured (twice!), cut and stapled a piece onto the bottom and I think theyโll have a REALLY difficult time getting through this! I expect it to outlast the cats (and probably me)!

Patched Moto Jeans
The tank pads on my motorcycle are rather aggressive, and they eventually wore a small hole in my riding jeans in the spot that holds in the knee armor. Easy to cut, easy to place, and was simply enough to work with using braided Kevlar thread and a thin needle. Would I have patched any other section? Probably not, but Iโm fine with using it just on this small part of the jeans. Both the fabric and the thread have stood up to the tank pads for hundreds of miles now. I expect the durability to continue. Excellent quality material for my purpose.

Dense weave, double coated (front & back), keeps it from absorbing liquids.
Edges do not fray when cut! Polyurethane coating on back, water proof coating on front. Never having had my hands on 1680d material before, it is MUCH lighter than I thought it would be. Based on my initial testing, may be difficult to cut this on a Cricut or similar machine. I have a pair of heavy duty titanium coated shears that I can easily cut 10oz cotton duck canvas & jeans with, but this material was problematic with them. I switched to a pair of micro-serrated edge shears & was easy going from there. I'm going to attempt to laminate this together to make skid pads, and some other small projects. I got this material instead of carbon fiber or Kevlar due to the relative ease of cutting and relatively cheap cost. From what I'm seeing so far, it should work as expected!!!

Does NOT stretch
Bought this to recover a dirtbike seat, and it has absolutely zero stretch, even when being heated with a heatgun. Hence, my covering job had various large wrinkles/excess fabric that could not be pulled out. It looked bad enough that I aborted the project and resorted to using some vinyl fabric I had. This is incredible material, and I'm disappointed that I couldn't use it. It is very tough and would've made an excellent seat cover Keep in mind that this material can be used for covering seats that have simple 2 dimensional shapes, it's just that when encountering contours and rounded areas this fabric will not be able to be pulled smooth.

Excellent product.
Used to patch wear holes in law enforcement jumpsuit. Worked perfectly and was easy to sew with regular sewing machine.

As expected. Tough stuff
This is definitely heavier than I expected. It's thick and definitely not 'flowy' .. if you're expecting something flexible to add to a regular clothing garment for example.. this isn't it. (This is not the stuff in John Wicks suit jacket! Lol) . It stands up well to heat, abrasion and liquids... (I've not yet tested with solvents like acetone, etc) for my purposes this will be great. I plan to use it sandwiched between thick leather for soles of handmade slippers and shoes. But it's such a big piece that I'll likely make a couple large ahopping tote bags as well.
