I bought a cheap thinline squire Tele. It played great and looked good, but sounded like crap. Since I liked the feel of it, I decided to buy it ($300.00) and save up for pickup upgrades. I saw these for $150.00 and bought them. 2 day shipping with prime, installed, and this cheap Tele sounds great! Has the nice tele "pop" in the middle position, very nice warmth on the neck pickup (I think it's warmer than a stock american), and the bridge pickup is pretty hot. Not as twangy as other teles, though, but ok with me. I prefer the percussive "pop" over the shrill twang. Very good buy.

these sound much better to me then the other name brand pickups i had in the guitar (mid/ late 90's mim telecaster). the neck pickup isn't muddy and the bridge pickup isn't "piercing". my only complaints are the usual high "E" string drop off in volume (a common problem with lace sensor pickups in the bridge; a smaller string to string spacing works best for them then 2 3/16) and their output can be matched a little better.

These pickups sound amazing and no noise! Swapped these out on a Squire Tele and sound amazing! Definitely a must if you want to customize your guitar!

This is the second set of Lace pickups I own. They are great sounding and have that "twang" which is loved on the Telecaster (Fender) Guitar. Plenty of punch and sound these are terrific pickups. Easy to install and very well made. Combine with your Fender Telecaster or similar guitar, you will have hours of playing fun and performances will be top knotch. (the magic in the guitar is the player!)Enjoy.

Hard to describe but it just take your telecaster to the next level. Louder and clearer are the main benefits but also have less buzz. With a clean sound you can really the notes and harmonics ring and with a distorted sound (which includes everything from blues crunch to modern metal stuff for me) stuff just sounds bigger and badder.I would recommend these for anyone who wants to costs effectively upgrade their telecaster.

Before there pickups were installed I had a lot of humming with my 2011 MiM tele. After they installed there was no humming at all! The pickups sound great, especially the neck pickup which produces a warm bassy tone. Very happy with my purchase.

Pickups sound great with very little to no noise. Well worth the money.
