Q: Hi,can this fit over a10'×20' carport frame

Yes it can. It also holds up to the outside elements. This is our second winter and shows no sign of wear. The summers here in Northern California can be pretty intense during the summer months. I would buy this again for sure.

Q: has anyone had this tarp last more than 1 year in the sun? Thanks!

Bought mine in May, 2017, I needed to replace in Feb. 2023. I do have a shade tarp hanging above it.

Q: What size are grommet holes?

About hole size 1/2- 3/8 inch. Grommet are about 12” between.

Q: Are the tarps cut sizes? Or actual sizes like Dry Top tarps?
