the active ingredient, zine oxide, is only 12.8% vs Destin(purple) and Butt Paste(red) which are 40%. I would think 40% works better than 12.8%?

Has the triple paste packing changed? The lid is different from what I bought before.

Can this be used with cloth diapers?

So is this actually 16oz or no? I'm seeing conflicting reviews about it being less.
